Wonderful experience. Very comprehensive. Excellent instructors. A really fun activity for everyone. Final product was delicious!

Fresh ingredients, clean kitchen…local dishes, with delicious sangria. The welcome was rude & abrupt, which didn’t reflect the instructors..we were told to arrive early, and arrived at exactly the time we were told 6.55 we rang the bell & were rudely spoken to. Photo included as evidence of time. The dishes were nice, but we felt too much oil & salt & lack of meat in the paella. 2 chicken wings & 2 legs for 12 people! A meat dish that does not make. If you love green beans this is the event for you.

My girlfriend and I did this together and had such a fun night. Everything was great - the teacher, the group, the food, and the sangria! Definitely recommend for couples or small groups

My partner and I attended this tour and cooking class in the Mercada de Triana. We were so impressed with every aspect of the 4 hours spent touring and learning. We explored the market and its products that we later we used while cooking. Learning the authentic Spanish techniques and traditions used to create the 3 dishes was priceless. Anna was a fabulous guide; Informative, fun and she paced the learning beautifully. After our tour we went back to the kitchen with Chef Leon who had an excellent command of the kitchen. He was humorous, knowledgeable and it was beautifully paced. The food we made together was fantastic; delicious, filling and authentic. We would highly recommend this class if you want to spend 4 fabulous hours learning about Spanish products, tradition and cooking. We loved it. Thank you Anna and Leon. Michelle and Oliver.

We loved it! The chef was excellent: informative, engaging, educational without lecturing. The whole event was fun and we learned to make paella.

Great cooking experience.
Great exposure to Spanish and Sevilla’s spices, history of dishes. Going to the market was exciting and educational, Hands on food preparation was so much fun. The food was amazing.
