We really enjoyed our Spanish Cooking Class with Lydia & Carlo. It was well set up and they were super organised. We cooked 3 different dishes and had home made Sangria. We were also offered red or white wine to enjoy with our meal. Both Lydia & Carlos were very friendly and funny too. The food was exceptional, especially the Paella. It was a great experience and I can highly recommend.

Great evening activity in Seville

A fantastic evening with Pedro learning to cook 3 courses. Great food, drinks and company, fantastic way to spend an evening in Seville. We really enjoyed the experience.

Fantastic class

This was our second cooking class and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. Joined by friends, we had so much fun and learned so much for chef Maria and her team. Food was delicious, plentiful, and unique. Don't miss this!

Very funny and interesting. Very good food, fresh products, the chef was very nice and hands on. I loved it, the entire experience was great. A suggestion would be to introduce a photo moment when participants are photgraphed cooking just to have a nice digital memory after. If someone from the staff could allocate 10-15 minutes to take 2-4 pictures to the participants (with participants phones) would be great.

Wonderful opportunity to learn about Spanish cuisine.

This was a fantastic experience! Our chef, Dom, made the class fun and it was interactive throughout. He demonstrated several dishes and explained the origins. He was open to questions and made suggestions about local restaurants. Anna took us on a tour of the market, pointing out good buys and products to look for. She was funny and made the tour very interesting. I highly recommend this class while you are visiting Sevilla!
