This was a high quality cooking class with a delicious result. Our chef, Leo, mixed professional skill level cooking with humor and great instruction. Noelia the assistant was also fantastic. Located in the Triana market, it was a great place to learn about Spanish cuisine.

We had a wonderful time learning to make gazpacho, garbanzo and spinach dish and paella. Dom, Sabrina and Tony were amazing and fun. Sabrina and Tony educated us on the fresh market items and assisted during our lesson. Chef Dom is a true professional with great tips, skill and humor. We met the nicest people and truly enjoyed our class.

We had such an amazing experience touring the food market and participation in the cooking class with Leo and Clara. So much good instruction and fun times. We made gazpacho, spinach and chickpeas, and paella! Sangria as well. Leo is amazing and instructed the class on how to debone a chicken. He did such a great job. Unlike my husband, I do not eat meat. and the vegetarian options were threaded in without missing a beat. Could not say enough about how much we enjoyed the class and tour, and how well it rounded out our trip. Great experience!

We took part in a brilliant cooking lesson led by Carlos and assisted by Maria. We had an excellent and enjoyable evening. We learnt how to prepare gazpacho, spinach with chickpeas and paella valenciana with chicken and vegetables. Can’t rate this class highly enough! Great cooking with multiple tapas, paella and great drinks. Our instructor Ana was hilarious and a great teacher. Definitely recommend doing this class!

My wife and I were just sitting here relaxing at the hotel and commenting on how much we enjoyed the tour. It’s a simple tour but it teaches you a lot about Spanish food and sherry. There are many opportunities to buy spices or condiments or cheese or wine if you want to do that much. We have many weeks left to travel and probably won’t carry the stuff around with us but we took pictures and we think we can order it when we get back home. And we might be able to buy some before our flight home. The vendors are generous with their samples and it really filled our need for lunch for the day. Victoria was very kind and personable. She knows very well what pairs with what and why and it was all a good lesson for us and we enjoyed speaking with her. I enjoyed my opportunity to practice my Spanish. We highly recommend this Tour. I don’t even remember what it cost, but certainly the opportunity to try some different things and eat slowly over a couple hours is probably basically the same as the cost of Lunch. So how could you go wrong? E&E
