Todo un acierto hacer el taller de Pasta fresca con ellos! Carlo un encanto, muy amable y atento, nos lo explicó todo de maravilla! Ana súper atenta a todo, ordena y pendiente de la limpieza. A brilliant morning of cooking - not to be missed
This was a birthday treat for our friend, Richard who is a very good cook. It was a memorable experience which we would all thoroughly recommend. The market tour with fascinating and charmingly delivered by Noelia who was both humorous and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed an unexpected song from a guy enjoying his morning beer and olives. The cooking, led by David was brilliant. He pitched the session so well, involving everyone, whatever level they were at, and we managed to cook up and eat a great lunch. Even the experienced cooks learned new techniques and tips to take home. A brilliant way to spend the morning. 10/10.

Fun cooking class in Sevilla
The class was a good size (12 people) so the kitchen was split into groups of 6. We were able to actively participate while still learning a lot about the food we were preparing and also the best methods to cut certain foods. They were able to accommodate a gluten free experience for me as well, which I really appreciate. The chef and assistant were very nice and made everyone feel welcome. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this...
We absolutely loved this cooking class! Carlos and Lydia were fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and focused on sharing helpful tips and tricks while making sure everyone had fun. It was also great meeting other travelers visiting Sevilla. The fact that they provided the recipes afterward so we could recreate everything at home was a wonderful bonus. Truly a memorable evening!

Un cours de cuisine exceptionnel, accessible à tous ! Nous avons participé à un cours de cuisine et l’expérience a été absolument parfaite du début à la fin. L’équipe est vraiment très agréable, à l’écoute et toujours de bonne humeur. Tout est expliqué avec patience, y compris avec les enfants, qui sont pleinement intégrés à l’activité et se sentent valorisés. Gros point fort : l’adaptation aux régimes alimentaires. Une personne de notre groupe était végétarienne et a eu droit à une paella spécialement préparée pour elle, sans viande, sans aucune différence de qualité ou d’attention. C’est rare et très appréciable. L’ambiance est conviviale, détendue, accessible même si l’on n’a aucune base en cuisine. On apprend, on échange, on rit… et on se régale ! Une activité que je recommande vivement, aussi bien en couple qu’en famille. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce super moment.

Our cooking class was so much fun!!! The chef was hilarious, knowledgable, and offered a perfect balance of guiding us if we needed but letting us have plenty of space/time to figure out chopping or stirring techniques on our own. We learned about the historical and cultural significance of the dishes we made and plenty about the science of the cooking. It was the best Spanish food we’ve eaten on our whole trip!

Taste of Sevilla
This is a great expereince to learn not just about cooking but about food in the region. You start with a tour of the market where you learn about different ingredients that will go into the food. From there you start cooking. They prep some of the ingredients, but you get to do most of the preparation. There end up being 3 courses, lots of sangria, wine, and beer with a lovely dessert at the end. Our staff was wonderful and made it easy to ask questions and engaged us throughout. Of note,the class is IN the market. I got a little lost trying to find it. Well worth the price and a great time.
