Wonderful experience! We liked how the boat could come so close to the coastline. The staff was very caring that all the passengers were safe. There was a wide span of age ranges from about 6 years old to 70 years old and the trip was good for all. We highly recommend this experience and would book it again in the future.

The Makana Charters Napili Coast tour was truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Makana Charters, and their experience and expertise on the sea were remarkable. The team, including the captain and crew, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They graciously answered all of our questions and provided insightful explanations of Hawaiian culture, detailing how their people traditionally lived, hunted, and cared for their entire village along the Napili Coast. They also thoughtfully provided a light lunch consisting of sandwiches, chips, and soft drinks. It was an amazing five-hour boat ride, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

They gave us splendid views of the Na Pali Coast, even entering some caves. They showed us dolphins, and we stopped at a beautiful spot for an hour of snorkeling. We appreciated that those who didn't want to snorkel, or simply wanted to swim or dive, were free to do as they pleased. For lunch, they gave us a sandwich and a bag of chips each. We had requested two vegetarian sandwiches when booking, and they accommodated our requests. There are bathrooms on the boat. It was a wonderful experience! Recommended! Ci hanno regalato splendide viste sulla Na Pali Coast, entrando anche in alcune grotte, ci hanno fatto vedere i delfini e ci siamo fermati in un bel punto per fare snorkeling 1 ora. Abbiamo apprezzato che sia stata lasciata libertà a chi non desiderava fare snorkeling o a chi semplicemente voleva fare bagno o tuffi, di fare quello che voleva. Per pranzo ci hanno dato un panino e un pacchetto di patatine a testa. Noi avevamo chiesto in fase di prenotazione due panini vegetariani e siamo state accontentate. Sulla barca ci sono i bagni. È stata una bellissima esperienza! Consigliata!

Honestly this Na Pali Coast boat tour definitely made the list for top 5 best experiences of my life!! Capt Makana, Ethan, and Charlie were awesome and treated everyone like family. The weather blessed us with calm water and sunshine. We also saw a pod of dolphins, a few sea turtles, and a goat. 10/10 recommend!!

My family had a great time with Makana Charters. Safety was a top priority and fun was a close second! They even helped me overcome my fear of jumping off the boat (only if you want to) so that me and my family were able to jump together and make a core memory! They also gave us so much history and told us how they are and have been connected to the land for so long, which made this so much more than a boat ride. The views you will experience are unmatched, from the cliffs to the ocean and a once in a lifetime secret stop. Thank you guys for sharing your culture in that secret stop, that was very special and moving to me. Out of four islands and six excursions, this was my whole family’s favorite one. I’ve now sailed Nā Pali twice with Makana Charters. The crew are fantastic. I have mobility challenges and they were very helpful getting me onboard. The scenery is amazing. There is nothing like having spinner dolphins put on a show in the turquoise water as you duck in and out of sea caves and take in the beautiful cliffs and waterfalls. This is great value and a wonderful way to see this piece of paradise.

Makana Charters were great! Their NaPali morning tour on Seiko 2 with captains Kona and Sean was our trip #1. The experience was lovely, fantastic crew, gorgeous views, favorable weather, and unexpected marine life spotting. Captain Kona and Sean, we excellent host. They kept us safe and gave helpful instructions and insight. They were super knowledgeable about the history of the island and attentive to the needs of each person on the charter. Book it!

Amazing trip! The views were indescribable, absolutely breathtaking. The crew were awesome. They shared their Hawaiian heritage with us and told us all about what we were seeing throughout the trip. The weather was perfect and they were able to take the boat into the caves for some epic views! I cannot recommend this trip more! This will be one we will never forget!
