The tour of the coast was stunning. The guides pointed out many unique sites and gave us both an up close perspective and a more distant one. The anokelling was great and the entire adventure just fun!

We had a blast on our boat tour and snorkeling along the Na Pali Coast. The captain and crew were so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the land and made sure to point out the monk seals, turtles, and dolphins so we wouldn’t miss them! The captain took us into some amazing sea caves along the coastline as well. Highly recommend booking with this company.

This tour was seriously one of the best things we did in Kauai! The crew was awesome — super friendly and made the whole trip fun and relaxed. Boating along the Nā Pali Coast felt like something out of a movie. If you’re visiting the island, you have to do this tour. Totally worth it!

From the beginning the staff and captain were great. The views and getting up close and at times into the caves was awesome. YES INTO THE CAVES! Hearing the stories and history of the island was awesome. We would have been fine with just that but then getting into the water snorkeling with fish and turtles, WOW. Thank you for this experience.

We’ve been out with Makana 3 times now and each time it gets better! We were blessed to have ultra calm seas and Captain Tim handled the boat like a Mini in a full parking lot. Under the water fall, in the sea caves, and even bounced us around like an E ticket ride at Disneyland!!! Added a short fishing trip on the way back too. Big smiles all day. Charlie and LeRoy crewed the trip and took great care of everyone. 3 Pods of dolphins, several turtles, and lots of fish when we stopped to have a swim. I can’t say enough about these people and this company. I recommend them highly and will be enjoying their tour again.

Overall awesome experience with Makana Charters! Captain Michael and his crew were amazing! They’re were very informative on the history of the landscape and showed us all the great spots on the coast! They were super professional and were fun to talk to! We had a blast and were happy we choose them for this experience!

Absolutely amazing tour of the Nepali coast! Big shoutouts to Elijah, Charlie, and our captain Rob for being so friendly and helpful. Ultra big shoutout to Elijah for taking my GoPro down for some amazing footage of a sea turtle! Definitely have to do it again when we come back
