Reindeer Camp Dinner with Chance of Northern Lights in Tromso

Your tour begins with an evening pickup from the center of Tromso and a short journey to the reindeer camp.

Upon arrival, meet your Sámi guide and the reindeer. Under supervision, you can feed the reindeer. Afterward, head into the lavvu (tent) for a delicious 3-course dinner. Over your meal, your guide introduces you to the culture and history of the Sámi, indigenous people of Northern Europe, and demonstrates the joik (traditional form of song).

One your appetite has been sated, head outside to look for the northern lights—far from the light pollution of the city; you are in a prime viewing spot. After experiencing this magical light show, bid your hosts farewell and jump back into the vehicle for the return trip to Tromso. Your tour concludes with a late evening drop-off back at the departure point.
