- We use only best on the market O’Brien Swift 3 tubes, which allows 3 riders or 500 lbs which ever comes first.
- Safety is our number one goal.
- Each ride is based on the participant’s level of comfort.
- Our experienced USCG licensed captains will make sure everyone in your party has a great time.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 48 hours
Cancellation Notes: We have a very strict “zero tolerance” 48-hour cancellation policy. No changes can be made and no refund shall be offered for cancellations made less that 48 hours prior to the start time of the rental activity. This does not apply if the booking flex has been purchased.

My kids might be a little nervous, how intense is the ride?
First and foremost, safety is our number one goal. With that being said we want to make sure that everyone has a great time. We give instruction, and signals to each rider. “Thumbs up for faster, thumbs down for slower”. Therefore, each ride is based on the participant’s level of comfort. Our experienced USCG licensed captains will make sure everyone in your party has a great time.
I have more than 6 people that want to tube, can they still go?
Absolutely! Though we take a max of 6 people at a time on the boat ,we can switch out passengers at the dock (switching passengers and time at the dock is apart of the overall booked time).
How many people can ride on the tube at one time?
We use only best on the market O’Brien Swift 3 tubes, which allows 3 riders or 500 lbs which ever comes first. Our tubes of choice, are built for comfort and stability.
What if the weather is uncooperative?
The weather can change very quickly on the Outer Banks especially in the summertime. We are constantly watching the weather, and will always return to the dock if there is any chance of inclement weather. If this means you were unable to go at your time, we will try to reschedule if that is not possible then of course you will receive a full refund.
