Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 48 hours
Cancellation Notes: We have a very strict “zero tolerance” 48-hour cancellation policy. If you or someone in your party must cancel for any reason within 24-48 hours of your scheduled reservation, you will be rescheduled for another day. Same day cancellations will be rescheduled to the next available early morning time slot. Sorry no exceptions!

FAQ
How old do you have to be to drive at Jetski?
Drivers must be a minimum 16 years of age, with “legal” proof of age (drivers license or permit, passport, etc). Proof of age can be provided with documents on hand or by picture on phones. Without seeing proof of age we cannot let you drive, so please make sure you bring “proof of age” with you.
Drivers 16 & 17 years old cannot drive or have a passenger that is another minor!
Can we rent waverunners for more than one hour at a time?
Multiple hour slots can be booked. However our rentals must stay in a designated area (approximately 2 square miles). We do not allow a free range option. If you are looking for more of a “free range” experience, we encourage you to check into our Jet Ski Tours.
How many people are allowed on each jet ski?
Maximum of 3 riders per Jet Ski or 450 lbs combined weight. * This weight Maximum can change due to conditions at the time of your rental. *
Can we switch drivers and or passengers?
With our rentals we do allow “switching” of both drivers and passengers. Please keep in mind once your times starts it continues, “switching” is apart of your rental time.
How large is the riding area?
Our riding area is very large, we set it up this way for safety and enjoyment. It is approximately 2 square miles and marked with high visibility buoys.
Will I need to pay for the gas?
Nope! Your rental comes with a full tank of gas and is ready to go!
What should we wear?
Everyone is different with what they choose to wear. We recommend swimsuits, or basically anything you don’t mind getting wet. When going on your rental we do recommend leaving anything you wouldn’t want to potentially lose such as hats, sunglasses, and phones.
Do you provide life jackets?
Life jackets are included with your rental at no extra charge, and must be worn at all times while participating in the activity!
Will weather affect my jetski rental?
Generally we are open rain or shine. The wind and water conditions can affect safety so we will use our discretion on rescheduling or refunds.
