Cancellation Cutoff: 48 hours
Cancellation Notes: We have a very strict “zero tolerance” 48-hour cancellation policy. If you or someone in your party must cancel for any reason within 24-48 hours of your scheduled reservation, you will be rescheduled for another day. Same day cancellations will be rescheduled to the next available early morning time slot. Sorry no exceptions!

How many people are needed for a jet ski tour?
We require a minimum of three Jet Skis to make up a guided tour. If interested in a Jet Ski tour and can’t meet the three ski minimum, we may be able to combine you with another group. Please give us a call to see available times.
Will weather affect my jet ski tour?
Generally we are open rain or shine. The wind and water conditions can affect safety so we will use our discretion on rescheduling or refunds. Due to the nature of our tours and being further from our location, tours can be cut short, or some spots missed because of a storm. We take safety very seriously and will always err on the side of caution.
What can we expect to do on a jet ski tour?
The view of the Outer Banks from the water’s edge is amazing, and there is no better way than to see it on a Jet Ski Tour. Depending on the weather and conditions we can cover up to 40 miles. Giving you a up close view of Hatteras Island National Seashore, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Wanchese, and Manteo. We are always searching for aquatic inhabitants including a large array of water fowl, dolphins and turtles!
How old do you have to be to drive at jet ski?
Drivers must be a minimum 16 years of age, with “legal” proof of age (drivers license or permit, passport, etc). Proof of age can be provided with documents on hand or by picture on phones. Without seeing proof of age we cannot let you drive, so please make sure you bring “proof of age” with you.
Drivers 16 & 17 years old cannot drive or have a passenger that is another minor!
