- Your safety is our top priority. Our skilled captain and crew have decades of parasailing experience. This means you are always in good hands. We also provide all the equipment you need for a safe and smooth ride.
- Due to the extreme popularity of our rides and limited space available, reservations are highly recommended.
- Unfortunately, just like the weather we can’t control the dolphins so no there is no guarantee, but we will always be looking for dolphins!
- Bring clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, sunglasses and sunscreen, food and drink (drinks are sold on the boat if you forget yours) and of course a camera to keep those memories.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 48 hours
Cancellation Notes: We have a very strict “zero tolerance” 48-hour cancellation policy. No changes can be made and no refund shall be offered for cancellations made less that 48 hours prior to the start time of the rental activity. This does not apply if the booking flex has been purchased.

Unfortunately, just like the weather we can’t control the dolphins so no there is no guarantee. We can however guarantee our best to offer an educational and picture worthy trip that will provide lasting memories of your trip on the Outer Banks! And yes, we will always be looking for dolphins!
What should we bring?

Unfortunately, due to USCG regulations, we can not take more than six people at a time.

If the weather is not conducive at the time of your trip, we will do our best to contact you prior. However, the weather can change quickly on the OBX, if you have any doubts give us a call. If unable to go, we can either reschedule or of course you would receive a full refund.
