Chef Toya has worked with James Beard award-winning Chef Erik Bruner-Yang at Maketto & Broken English and Chef Mina Stone at Mina's, PS1. Under their tutelage, she has refined her natural talents. She then launched Pimento in the summer of 2018, where she continues to host private events, supper clubs, and catering events throughout New York City.
