Extremely gracious hosts, immaculately clean kitchen, and a fabulous time learning how to make salmorejo, spinach with garbanzos, paella, and sangria. We have re-created these recipes at home in the US because we enjoyed them so much. Leo is a brilliant chef and has the gift of bringing people together and making everyone feel completely at home. We look back upon this experience with such happiness and appreciation, and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The hosts were fun, had very good English and the dishes were delicious and not too complicated. Recipes were shared via email later. The explaination of where to meet was decent and necessary. I would suggest that they add "our space is on the row closest to the main road" to the meet up directions.

Amazing! Diana was great and I am so happy we did this. We had a private event for 13 and they made more than enough food, laughed with us, and poured some great sangria :)

Great experience for everyone!

Don was a fantastic host, we spent a very enjoyable evening preparing a traditional Spanish meal including the best paella I’ve eaten. Good entertainment and fantastic food.

Really enjoyed the Triana market tour and cooking class. The market guide, Clara, provided interesting information and insights to local cuisine and the cooking class was lots of fun. Chef Dom provided clear instructions, was encouraging and everyone participated. I did this activity with my daughter and we highly recommend it. Really enjoyed the class bring based at the market, this made it really special.

Must do cooking class and market tour!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this cooking class and market tour. The market tour guide was very friendly, spoke good English and provided lots of information and great insights to local cuisine and lifestyle. The cooking class was great fun with recipes explained clearly and we all had the chance to participate. Would highly recommend this experience and loved it was held in the Triana market.
