Fun Cooking Class!

Great way to spend a morning or afternoon in Seville! Market tour with Noelia was fun and informative and cooking class with Maria was a blast! Great, fun atmosphere and the paella was some of the best we’d had in Spain on our trip. Highly recommend!

A fun experience at the Triana Market and cooking class

This was so much fun and was an excellent way to get an in-depth experience in Sevilla. The tour of the market was insightful and we went back to some of the highlighted food stalls after the cooking class. We learned so much in the cooking class, and one doesn’t have to be an experienced cook. The chef explained all the steps, and made it so easy to follow along. The food was great, as was the sangria we had during our class. We received an email after class was over, with the recipes. I will definitely be making the dishes at home. The paella we made will be easy to do, now that we had it demonstrated to us.

A perfect cooking class

The combination of having an informative tour of the market before taking the cooking class really helped us understand the culture. It is clear that the chef has been doing this for years because everything was arranged so that we were doing just the right amount of participation without getting hired in some of the details. She also picked three dishes that were relatively easy… And one of them was the mysterious paella. It was a chicken paella and a vegetarian paella so everybody was accommodated. She talked a lot about the traditional ways of doing things during the class and explained the paella pan

Having the cooking class right there in the market was extra special. Beautifully appointed, making it an awesome experience. And the fact that our class ended up being just three of us made for such an enjoyable, special afternoon! Maria was amazing, and her guidance made the day that much more incredible.

The cooking class with David and Leo was a great experience. The tour of the market helped to better understand the local cuisine and culture and set the stage for the cooking. The cooking class was fun and we got to learn some new skills and try our hand at authentic Spanish dishes.
