Our hostess Carmen and our chef Leo were wonderful. They explained everything and helped us understand the process of making three different dishes. We made gazpacho (cold tomato soup) spinach and chickpeas, and of course chicken paella. Every dish was delicious. It is always fun to cook with new friends when you travel and this was an exceptional experience. We highly recommend!

I’ve taken other cooking classes and by far this one was the best. It was easy-going and didn’t overcrowd us with too many recipes. The recipes we cooked Were a perfect introduction to food from Spain. And will be easy to replicate at home.

Really fantastic class. The market tour was really interesting, the cooking was really fun, very well explained, everyone always had plenty to do and everything we made was delicious. Our instructors Ana and Gaia were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This experience is a must if you're in Seville!

Best part of vacation!! Gaia did an incredible job taking us through the market and explaining the different produce and meats that were available in Sevilla. Once we started cooking, Dom led an incredible class! He was so knowledgable, kind, and fun. He made sure to get everyone involved in the cooking and entertained any questions thrown his way! I would highly recommend taking this class!!

A great evening with Dom and his lovely helper. The cooking experience was fun learning how to make local dishes from fresh ingredients. Lot's of helpful tips! The time whizzed by, helped along with some homemade Sangria. What also made this fun were the other four participants from other countries keen to sharpen their culinary skills. Would highly reccommend.

An absolute 10 out 10. Every aspect was exceptional: the welcome, the facilities, the teaching and the food. It was the perfect amount of time (about 2.5 hours). Dom was personable, witty and clearly a high end professional chef. Would recommend this 100%.

What a great experience! From the tour of the Triana market, to the fantastic cooking experience, our Chef Leo and his assistant were amazing, can highly recommend this if you want to learn how to cook Paella and other Spanish dishes.
