My wife and I had the pleasure of attending your class last night and it was wonderful. Leo was brilliant with his knowledge and absolutely charming with his positive approach to cooking and teaching. Belan was so competent and cheerful a definite bonus to the experience. We had the good fortune of cooking with very nice younger couples. I will definitely be trying to duplicate dishes we were shown. Good luck to all of you in the future. Thanks

Very fun experience in the market. Our chef Dominic was great. A very pleasurable time by all (ten split into two groups for cooking) Had sangria, made gazpacho, a regional chickpea and spinach dish, and a paella. We washed it down with some wine. Highly recommmended

What a super morning, we started with a colourful tour of the market led by Loki who gave us lots of interesting facts about the foodstuffs and market history. Then on to class where chef Anna taught us cooking skills and recipes that we will continue to use in future. We enjoyed mixing with the group and finished off sitting down to a try our tasty creations - would have no hesitation in recommending this trip.

Carlo was very fun and lively! He gave us trivia questions while we learned how to cook everything, made jokes the entire time, and even gave us recommendations of activities and restaurants around Seville. Would definitely go back again!
