This was a lot of fun and...

This was a lot of fun and I hate to cook. I hate it so much that I make my kids do it at home. They take after their father and really like it so it works out for all of us. Anyway, all of this so to say that despite disliking cooking so much, I had a very good time in this class. I did learn things, quite a bit actually, and the food was delicious. All of it. We had sangria before we ate the food and I filled up on it too much and got full quite fast. I would have loved to eat more but could not do it. On an aside, if you get Pedro as your chef, consider yourself quite lucky if you are a straight woman. This man is remarkably handsome and a deep voice that be quite 😍

Great intro to Spanish Cooking

Perfect class to get an introduction to Spanish cooking in a fun, collaborative and immersive environment! The Chef did a great job including everyone and making sure all food sensitivities and allergies were managed with care. Plus, I actually learned a new technique (rather than just a recipe, which is all I usually walk away with from cooking classes). Highly recommended!
