The cooking class was a great experience. Our chef/instructor, Anna, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and also entertaining. The dishes we prepared all turned out delicious. I would highly recommend booking this experience.

First, Clara showed us the most important Andalusian products in the Triana market hall, then we went to the cooking school where Ana was waiting for us. We first learned how to prepare salmorejo, a cold, thick tomato soup, and garbanzos con espinacas, a dish of chickpeas and spinach, with great enjoyment. For the main course, we prepared a Valencian paella, and Ana showed us, among other things, how to properly carve a chicken. We enjoyed freshly made sangria and non-alcoholic drinks, and the meal concluded with a sorbet-like beverage. Highly recommended! (Original) Der Paella-Kochkurs, die Zubereitung von zwei Vorspeisen sowie das anschließende gemeinsame Essen mit Menschen aus aller Welt war wirklich rundum gelungen! Zunächst zeigte uns Clara die wichtigsten andalusischen Produkte in der Markthalle von Triana, anschließend ging es in die Kochschule, wo Ana auf uns wartete. Wir lernten zunächst mit viel Spaß die Zubereitung von Salmorejo, einer kalten dickflüssigen Tomatensuppe, und Garbanzos con espinacas, einem Gericht aus Kichererbsen und Spinat. Als Hauptgericht bereiteten wir eine valencianische Paella zu und Ana zeigte uns dabei unter anderem auch, wie man ein Huhn fachgerecht zerteilt. Zu trinken gab es frisch zubereitete Sangria und auch nicht alkoholische Getränke und den Abschluss bildete ein Sorbet ähnliches Getränk. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Such an incredible time touring Triana market and then cooking Paella. Making appetizers and drinks. This is a must book. Worth every penny and more. Would rate higher if possible. Great friends were made and great food created and shared. Thanks the school for such a wonderful experience!
