Ticket prices jumped when selected the day. $20 for a single slice of pizza. Prepare to spend your entry amount again in crappy food. Rides and shows constantly shut down or cancelled. Overall terrible experience and will never return

Years ago I use to take my kids to the halloween event, yesterday i went with my kids and now grandkids! Its a full circle and I truly enjoyed every bit of the day, made wonderful memories. This is what its all about. The park was clean, no ruckus, lines weren't long, bathrooms were tolerable. FYI no collaboration walkers allowed.

Excellent time! The killer whale show was incredible!! Thunderstorms closed some parts of the park, but it was still a great time and times were way better than universal and Disney.

SeaWorld parks have added new rides, but the customer service has gone downhill, and the ride seats don't accommodate anyone with a medium to large frame. For their Howl-O-Scream event they have no signage by the main gate. They moved the event entrance to the far side of the park, so you have to walk the full length of the park to get there. They didn't setup an alternative rideshare location or bus stop, and didn't put any signage along the way to let people know they are walking in the right direction. Because we didn't know about the separate event entrance, and there was no signage, we went to the front gate. The lady there looked at my tickets and said "nope", then looked away as if to help someone else. I was dumbfounded by that response. "Excuse me, but what do you mean 'nope'?" "Outside and to the left." Just ... Wow. Her tone matched the quality of the event though. I'd highly recommend making the trip to Tampa for Busch Gardens and just skip SeaWorld altogether. I give SeaWorld 5yrs at most before they run it into the ground completely.

Do not do Howl O Scream here! This place is horrible compared to Busch Garden's version. GO TO BUSCH GARDENS you will get WAY more bang for your buck. Sea world has no idea how to operate an event like this. You will spend your whole night waiting in lines for some well below average "haunted" houses. Most of the rides will be shut down at Seaworld as only 4 are running for the event. Busch Gardens will have all of the rides open and better Haunted houses with minimal waits. DO NOT GO TO HOWL O SCREAM @ SEAWORLD ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
