Saw all the advertisements for veterans appreciation and discounts. Followed the instructions for ID Me verification. Received message that there was no discounts available for me at this time. Had to pay regular price for tickets and parking. I'm glad you recognized veterans service and sacrifices like you said. All hype advertising. If my wife didn't enjoy the animals, this would have been 1 star.

Expected more marine-life exhibits and animal encounters. The park felt more focused on roller coasters than wildlife. Even the post-visit survey focused heavily on rides, wait times, and coaster experiences rather than the animal and educational aspects of the park, which reflects the overall direction of SeaWorld.

The price was perfect for 3 including our newborn. Rides was great and didn't have to wait too long. Loved the Kraken and the Dolphin Show. The Shark Experiences was also amazing exhibit.

Went on our last day of the trip. Had to rent mobility scooters for elderly family member which was 130$ each. Our decision to rent them. No deal for 2 or multiple rents. There was a lightning storm, weather stopped the rides, no one can help that for safety which is important. We had to leave the park down nearly 300$ down and no rides, just feel they could do more for families as it is expensive however they have you in the park and make a lot of expense on your situation. I'm not saying don't go but you need to do due diligence on your day here.

(Translated by Google) The roller coasters are great, but the staff needs to be more efficient and organized regarding the queues. (Original) As montanhas russas são ótimas, mas falta mais agilidade e organização dos funcionários em relação as filas.

I have to be honest—I’ve been very disappointed with SeaWorld Orlando. We recently purchased annual passes, and at this point, I regret the decision. The biggest issue for me has been the customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple uncomfortable interactions with staff members, and the overall attitude from many employees has made my visits feel less welcoming than they should. Every time I visit, it seems like I leave with another negative interaction, which has really affected my desire to continue with the annual pass. I also struggle with the direction of the park. SeaWorld seems to be caught between being a place focused on marine life, conservation, and education and becoming primarily an amusement park centered around roller coasters. Personally, I find it difficult to reconcile the two. Seeing dolphin presentations while hearing the noise and excitement from large roller coasters nearby feels unnatural to me and takes away from what I believe should be a peaceful learning experience centered around the animals. The rescue and rehabilitation center is truly the part of SeaWorld that I appreciate most. That was actually one of the main reasons I decided to purchase annual passes, because I genuinely support organizations that contribute to animal rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has left me feeling disappointed. I wish SeaWorld would put more emphasis on conservation, education, and creating meaningful experiences that help people connect with and learn about marine life. Right now, I feel that the amusement-park atmosphere takes away from some of the magic and educational value that originally attracted me to SeaWorld. I really hope the park considers finding a better balance between entertainment and its conservation mission. I wanted to support what I believed SeaWorld stood for, but based on my experiences so far, I don’t see myself continuing my annual pass.
