First off, they are not fully open, April 16th 2025, yet everything is at full price with half the staff. Parking was $40, and there was one employee running two lines. Half the food places were closed, sone events were closed, one employee checking out the purchases for the booths that were opened and worse of all, no map or just of event times! You can download an app and give them all your personal information, but that's your only option. I felt like $560 for tickets, $40 to park, and another $40 for 4 drinks, we should be able to have a map and times. I do remember that my last visit a few years ago was also a letdown, so I can say with complete confidence that we are not ever going to visit again.

Terrible. We are so disappointed. The ride accessability program is a joke and does not meet the needs of any disability - They are so far behind compared to Universal. We booked a dolphin experience, the signposts are very misleading, even the staff dont know the park as we were sent in the wrong direction. When we arrived we were informed the children had to be with someone over 18 which was not advertised on the app, it stated they had to be 13. We then had to argue with a manager to get a refund. (Another family had exactly the same issue and they were fefused a refund.) The rides are pretty mediocre, we have been to far better parks. The staff are clueless and the systems they have in place are terrible. Why would you pay for food then receive your cup to then go back through the crowds to get your drink? We will never return to this park and are dreading going to Busch gardens as its the same company. (Aquatica was terrible too). Seaworld please take note and improve your terrible service. Also the park looked very tired and is poorly designed in terms of layout.

After Disney my expectations were high and SeaWorld definitely didn't meet them. Some attractions are either not operational at all or in some parts of the day. The app will tell you wait times just for few and those would be very incorrect. The dolphin show was fine but Orca and Sea lions show - I saw way better ones. Parking is woping 42$. On the positive side, some rides were unique and fun. Overall mixed experience (if you have high expectations)

Only 3 rides open with 120 minute wait time for each ride. Dolphin show very nice but lasted only 13 minutes. Overall decent place

It's was a great experience I got to go on the rides such as Mako,Pipeline,Kraken twice,Penguin Trek, and I also saw Orca and Dolphins and then what was even cooler after you got off Penguin Trek the exit was a Penguin exhibit with actual penguins

Me and my family of 8 bought tickets here. The first and second day everything was fine. The last day there me and my family were disrespected by a man working in the pizzeria yelling for us to get out after we picked out food just cause there was nobody there to check us out even though it was self checkout. I also got a hard time from infinity falls my son reached the height requirement he had already went on the ride with me and they checked him. We go on again we all get strapped in right before we hit the water the ride stops they need to height check my son again so they made me get out to go all the way to the front to height check him while my family is waiting for me in the seats. While they are waiting in the seats there getting yelled at to put the seatbelts on cause we were all holding up the ride and being inconsiderate. The workers were the ones who told us it was ok for us to wait as they height checked him. I’m very disappointed with this trip especially because we only picked to go here instead of any other park. We felt as we were treated poorly & we actually really liked the park.
