It was a fun, long, very hot day. Wait, times for rides are ridiculous! You wait about 65 to 80 minutes per ride. You're only allowed to do 2 fast tracks per day, and they we're still about 35 minutes wait to get on a ride. So that wasn't fast! And we waited over an hour and a 1/2 to get on the typhoon ride and waiting in line they had to close it down because it had technical issues so that took them about 35 minutes to rectify with that issue it made it like a 3 hour wait for a 5 minute ride. It was horrible, and very hot out. I will say it's a long day of lines in heat with little kids even myself with my teenage daughter. It really isn't worth the price you pay for the ticket. If you've never been OK, you might want to see it, but all these parks, sorry to say are just overrated if you've never done them. Yes, you've gotta do Em once.

We four have been platinum pass holders for years. SeaWorld has just gotten worse and worse every year. I don’t care how much you pay for these passes anymore. They are not worth it. Rude employees, if you can find any to begin with. The most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen here today (4/17/25) with no toilet paper, toilet paper all over the floors and toilets, along with pee/poop and used women’s products all over… just no. Absolutely not. The higher ups should be ashamed of what they are doing to the SeaWorld name. After our passes end, I will officially be done supporting this brand of parks. The only reason I gave two stars is because they have good rides and my daughter loves the shows.

The show are sea world are really nice but if you are a bigger person and like roller coaster it not a good place to go cause the roller coaster is made for smaller people

We have been many times over the last twenty years, granted it was Easter, the place was heaving. $40 to park, $120 for 6 small pizzas and drinks, hardly any staff marshalling or controlling rides/parking, eating areas needing a good clean, disappointing especially compared to Disney

The park was fun and well maintained—there’s a lot to do, and the animals seemed happy and comfortable. The only reason I decided to spend the money and buy tickets, though, was to experience the orcas (like I’m sure most people do). Yes, I know… don’t support SeaWorld. But I’ve been obsessed with orcas ever since I was a little girl, and the SeaWorld in my hometown closed before I ever got the chance to see one of these beautiful animals. So, we made it through the whole park, and it was finally time for the orca encounter! That is, until we were stopped by employees who explained that the 3:00 PM orca encounter was canceled due to a photo shoot. They told us to come back in 30 minutes—so we did—only to be told again that the orcas had been put away and wouldn’t be back out until the final experience at 6:30 PM. The employee even said the orcas might not come back out at all because “we can’t tell them what to do,” and apparently, people haven’t been able to see them for weeks. Which—yes, I get it. They’re animals, not performers. But what’s frustrating is that they don’t give you any opportunity to see the orcas unless they’re in the main pool, and the only time they’re allowed in that pool is when trainers are supervising them. So, if you’re expecting the orcas to be out throughout the day—please don’t. They’ll only bring them out for the “Orca Encounter” (if it doesn’t get canceled), the up-close paid experiences, or “Dine With Orcas.” If you pay more money, they’ll bring them out. If corporate needs a photo shoot done, they’ll bring them out. But for everyday guests, they’re tucked away in small holding pools behind the main one—and you either get lucky, or you don’t. I ended up finding a spot where I could look into the “Dine With Orcas” area from outside and saw them swimming in circles in tiny pods, like rotisserie chickens. It was honestly heartbreaking. They looked bored and far too big for the space they were in. SeaWorld needs to do better—hire more trainers, allow the orcas access to the full pool, and stop limiting their movement unless someone’s paying extra. It was so disappointing to see them like this… but it was also an eye-opener.

This was the most disappointing experience due to obvious, intentional misrepresentation. After Downloading the app, we scoped out the rides that had a 42inch minimum height for our 5 year old. One by one, wr discovered that the rides were closed, and in one case, (nautilus) had been closed for almost a year and would not open for another 2 a 3 days. WHY WOULDN’T THIS BE POSTED ON THE APP? The Coolie Monster ride was completely boarded up. After waiting over an hour for Grover’s boxcar ride and seemingly only getting halfway there, it was time for a bathroom break. The wait for the Infiniti ride was more than 2 1/2 hours…the signage and directions on the app are poorly done. So incredibly disappointed. I remember going as a kid and having a wonderful experienxe - too bad our 5 and 8 year old won’t leave with that memory.

Worst first experience visiting as a family. Most of the rides were shut down for maintenance, and the ones that were open had wait times of over 2 hours. The quick pass option was outrageously priced—almost the cost of a Disney trip for a family of five. Overall, it was a really disappointing and frustrating day.

After every ride they experience technical difficulties halting the line for 15 minutes or more even if it's merely an audio issue

We visited on 4/17/25. It was a Wednesday and the crowd was supposed to be 35% capacity. We purchase the all day dining. The park appeared to be understaffed. There was only one cashier working at most of the included restaurants, causing long lines. The the bathrooms we're not well kept. The orca show was the only thing I was impressed with. I will not be returning.

Bad guests' services. They are not Disney or Universal. They will be rude and they will pass you along. My handicap daughter and my 6 kids are better off in a place they are welcomed.
