Terrible. Everything was broken down. Nothing was open. The entire toddler section of the park was not working. Sesame Street Place was entirely defunct. Nothing was working except for the carousel, which had their longest line ever for a carousel. The splash pad wreaked of sewage water. No refund available. They just said, “sorry, no full or partial refunds today.” Did you see orcas? Yes, I paid to Dine with them. They were an hour late. Our toddler was done sitting there for an hour and half. They showed up right as we were getting up to leave. The performance was maybe 10-15 minutes. They didn’t have cocktails. They didn’t have some of the dishes that were on the menu. The server had four tables and couldn’t remember that we asked for waters, never mind the rest of the meal we paid for in advance. She did have the class to remind us to tip. What’s the point of this place? We left after two hours of walking around aimlessly and having a cupcake with orcas. Customer relations said “too bad.” Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Save yourself the admission fees and go to the aquarium. Better yet, go to Disney instead. They’ll treat you better.

Thought it was a fun idea to visit Sea World Orlando with my kids. I had not been since I was very young. We were totally disappointed. We went on a Tuesday because we thought the crowds would be down. Most of the rides that I would have gone on were not open, and some didn't open until 2 pm. There were not many shows available either. We spent $60 on chicken fingers that were so over cooked we couldn't chew them. And what got me was a pickle was $7. None of us enjoyed ourselves, in fact we could not wait to get out of there. The kids enjoy Wild Adventures 10 times over this place.

loved the entire day, just remember to bring sunscreen and for little ones there is a splash pad, there's a huge variety of food selections, and the shampoo show was amazing. it's called splash zone for a reason, you're gonna get wet :)

The App let me buy tickets for today at 11pm on 4/15/25 they are not even open. which are supposed to be for tomorrow 04/16/25 and there is no one to call to fix it. This is absurd Update 4/16/25 8am. A rep reached out explaining what I did wrong and sent me tickets. I was so stressed! Thank-You Update 4/16/25- paid dining is a bit of a scam. Only 3 barebone choices and lines 2hrs+. They trick you with a mobile pickup so you get out of line and move to mobile orders just to get to a payment screen where you have to pay again. Waited an hour to be told to go back to regular line and I’m diabetic. Went to a $ place the line moved fast and was able to get my sugar up. Disney does this stuff way better. More room for people and food. $600 night mare so far. Update they did reach out and offer me a credit for another day at the park but I did not accept. At least they reached out.

Not as good as it used to be which is a shame. All day dining plan however is worth it. You pick up the bands at the 1st place you order food.

They need to work on employee training and organization. I was there for the 5k which was done at around 7am. I asked when I could go in the park so my kiddo could explore the sesame street section. I was told at 9am and to go in and stay left and walk around the lake till I get there. I also asked where I needed to pickup my lanyard for the food festival and was told the welcome center. So I went in at open, asked the ticket taker where the welcome center was, and she pointed to guest services. In line at guest services someone came by with a map and said the welcome center was elsewhere but i could also get a lanyard at a food stall when they open at 1130. So i went to sesame street. But going left like i was told I hit a closed path. They said if I follow the lake in the other direction it makes a whole loop and I could go that way. On the way I noticed a sign that said welcome center (by the big tower that you have to pay extra to go up) but they said they were the wrong welcome center and the right welcome center was a little tent by the bathrooms by the entrance. What? So anyway, i went the other way around the lake. Closed path again. The person there said to try the bridge over the lake. So I went there. Closed. Again. There was no one watching this one so I asked the nearby shop and they said that half of the park doesnt open for another 30 minutes. So I ran back and forth doing what all the employees said trying to get somewhere that wasn't even open yet. And none of the, what, five, employees that I'd asked at this point knew half the park wasn't even open yet? Oh, and as I was leaving at the end of the day, I finally found the correct welcome center. The food festival was good, all the food was amazing. The $100 lanyard to get 15 food items was totally worth. But the hours posted on the food stalls are just suggestions I guess. Some didn't open until almost an hour later and some were closed and done an hour early. So make sure you use your food credits plenty early. I had to just burn the last two on whatever I could get because the first four stalls I went to had closed early. I only had a 1 day pass and it was enough to do everything I'd want to do, including going back to the hotel for a 2 hour nap in the afternoon lol I'll probably come back, but in another 10 years, if they're still in business.
