I’d like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at the park. The attractions were poorly maintained, dirty, and even falling apart in some cases, which shows a complete lack of care for guest safety and comfort. On top of that, it’s unacceptable that almost every ride requires guests to use paid lockers. Unlike other parks where lockers are free or optional, here it feels like a money-grab, especially since many of the rides don’t even warrant storing personal items — they’re mild and low in intensity. I truly regret wasting a day of my vacation at this park. It was frustrating, disappointing, and certainly not worth the time or money.

No where does it say you have to be a certain size to ride the rides. My grandson is a big man who didn't fit your rides why does all of Disney rides work and only 1 ride at Seaworld he was able to ride. So disappointed what a waste of money and time. Plus we found a stray baby duck in the orca stadium and not 1 worker would call anyone to help this ducking

Pretty bad value with rides breaking down all the time. Should’ve went to islands of adventure instead. Also no pass compensations when you wait in line for 2 hours on the new Expedition Odyssey, they just tell ya to kick rocks. Opening day as well for it, May 9

Awful experience. We had a dinner reservation for 6.45pm and upon arrival were told our booking no longer existed the staff could see it on there system. Terrible customer service, avoid. I have all the emails as evidence.
