Nice place to visit for children, food is way overpriced!!

The employees make the experience lackluster. Prices of everything are also outrageous. This last time we went, I took my 2 year old, hoping the kids' water play area would be working because it was very hot, but it was not turned on. My kid still had a good time because I did what I could to make his experience enjoyable, but I was not very impressed this last time.

This place is a lot of fun. Much more low key then Disney and that's nice. We went during the weekday so no huge lines or long waits. We were supposed to be able to see opening of new ride but last min. They closed it and no warning that part sucks. It will make me think twice about passes next year

Very expensive and very disappointed with the rides they all closed because of a few clouds and the orca show was also cancelled that was the most disappointing part cause that's the one My grandkids really wanted to see

Very disappointing today as limited shows with some not even showing. Would not recommend food ticket as South Park food sites shut down 2 hrs before closing. Not enough servers at sea grill as long wait lines on a Thursday. A number of rides not running at all, like sky tower. Only one Orca show and that got canceled because of weather. Drove 2hrs to Sea World from Tampa for a disappointing day there. Definitely has changed from when I was here 6-8 yrs ago. Strongly suggest trying a different amusement park!

And boycot this terrible place that claimed to be educational, but isnt, and can't even have a grown up discussion without losing it. I'm not sore by the way, I love these creatures, just don't pretend that you're trying to educate the people. Read, watch David Attenborough, don't rely on a second rate theme park to teach you anything.
