(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, it's more like a rollercoaster park. It's lost its charm. I liked it better in the 90s. Food prices are even higher than at Disney. And the food is worse than on any airplane. (Original) Leider mehr ein Rollercoaster Park. Hat seinen Scharm verloren. In den 90er Jahren hat es mir besser gefallen. Essenspreise noch höher als im Disney. Und dass Essen ist schlechter wie in jedem Flugzeug.

(Translated by Google) It has some really good rides. And the water shows are good. It's true that the park lacks a bit of theming and maintenance. And the staff aren't very friendly. The rest is fine! And it was very clean. The rides, though, are spectacular!

Let me start off by saying I love the park but there is room for improvement with the way the kiosk is manned elderly people were in the verge of a heat stroke and the diaper changing station in the men’s room…. Could be placed in a better location read on. The kiosks were atrocious. I mean, I get it, machines break. I’m not expecting R2-D2 to roll up and walk us through it, but not having a single cast member nearby to at minimum help the elderly!?!?? That’s unacceptable. You had elderly folks out there trying to redeem guest passes like they were defusing a bomb and I’m not even being dramatic, because the second they finally tapped something, the screen lit up and a literal countdown clock started. They didn’t even get a chance to gather their thoughts. It was like, “Touch here,” BOOM, 30 seconds on the clock. You’ve got Grandpa squinting at the screen like it’s in ancient Greek, Grandma’s digging through her purse for her glasses, and the kiosk’s like, “Time’s ticking, Gertrude.” You could practically hear the Mission: Impossible theme in the background. And the heat? (Not the staffs fault but it was a conduit) This wasn’t just hot it was Florida theme park hot. The kind of heat that slow cooks your organs. These poor folks were out there marinating like ribs at a tailgate. People were trying to help the elderly couple, good people. But even the experienced ones, the annual pass warriors, were struggling. It was like watching a pit crew try to fix a car with IKEA instructions translated from Swedish to Sanskrit. “No no, you gotta press the thing AFTER it blinks… wait, now it’s locked you out.” Then the tech guy, the actual guy who fixes the kiosks! walks by. One of the old men politely asks, “Son, how do I print this guest pass?” and this man, this professional technician, just shrugs and says, “I don’t know.” I mean, that’s like going to a fireman and asking how to use a hose and he says “I dunno man, I just wash the trucks” No one knew anything. The main cast member by the kiosk was missing in action, the tech was clueless, and the geriatrics roasting out there like marshmallows on a campfire run by Satan himself. At that point, even the machines looked like they wanted to tap out. If Disney can animate water so real it makes you thirsty, surely SeaWorld can put a button that says “PRINT GUEST PASS” in bold, not bury it behind a maze of screens and a timed obstacle course. And maybe—just maybe—station a single human being nearby who’s not on a smoke break or moonlighting as a “Sorry I Don’t Know” machine. Because if we wanted confusion, panic, and elderly folks melting into the sidewalk while the machines play mind games… we’d go to the DMV. Whoever designed the diaper changing station in the men’s room deserves (all of them) is a root vegetable a freaking yam. Let’s talk about the baby changer in the men’s restroom by the Quiet Room. It is literally wedged between a urinal and a sink. Who designed this? Have you ever tried to change a baby’s diaper while grown men are packed in tighter than a mosquito’s rectum? There I am, bent over trying to clean my kid, and all around me you’ve got guys peeing like it’s a firehose contest. You ever hear the splash from a urinal when it hits just right? It ricochets. It travels. And I’m in sandals, man. Sandals. At this point I’m not even sure if I need to wash my feet or just burn them off like I stepped in radioactive slime. And while you’re wrestling with wipes and a squirming toddler, there’s some poor guy next to you trying to pretend he’s not peeing three feet away from your infant. This is not a bonding moment, Bob. Go faster. I’m half joking when I say I need to put on a full hazmat suit or contraceptives before I walk in my house, but let’s be real, everything I said? Accurate. It’s not just inconvenient. It’s medieval. Either move the changer or give us dads a heads-up at the entrance: “Warning: Baby changing zone doubles as a splash pad. Enter with closed toes and lowered expectations.” Cmon SeaWorld the Kiosk at minimum is a quick fix.

Visited Friday 5/2/25 during Cinco de Mayo weekend with a one day pass with all-day dining. Bought a $25 pass for 4 trays to feed the animals online in advance. Didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes in line for any ride. Rollercoaster is intense, and Mako was definitely my favorite. Lines started to get long in the afternoon time but moved fairly quickly and I like that lockers are available next to the rides to store bigger items and they also have small basket areas at the ride area for phones and smaller things. Used the all-day dining pass at multiple restaurants like clock work every 90 minutes to make sure I got my money worth of out it. Animal shows were so educational and informative and definitely the highlight of the experience for me as well as feeding the sea lions. They are all so intelligent. You can go to see the penguins without having to go on the penguin trek ride. Just be aware it is extremely cold in the exhibit. I was able to ride all the rides, see all the shows, walk the full park with time to spare that day. Definitely recommend atleast one time. My
