I have a complaint about the worker named Sarah not only is she unprofessional but she treats customers as if she’s above them, not only has she treated me with disrespect but I also witnessed her ignore other customers as well seconds AFTER my interaction with her. I have a few peers who work at this location who were able to get a photo of her as well shes always on the phone busy posting on social media INSTEAD of tending to the customers OR even doing her job in general. When I tried speaking to her for assistance all she did was scroll on her phone and IGNORE me I had to say excuse me before she locked in and actually paid attention for a few seconds before resuming to be on her phone taking pictures of herself again right in front of me. Using your phone on company time? Is that what Seaward condones? I understand hating your job but her work performance is absolutely unacceptable.

Quite disappointed. Several rides were down. Most of the buildings appeared to be unloved. Staff was NOT friendly AT ALL!!! Most staff acted as though they were doing you a favor by simply being there. Questions were answered rudely or once not at all. This is not a situation where we were being difficult. I waited in line and simply asked if I could fill my water bottle. The cashier literally rolled her eyes at me and said "umm it's right there." I responded i didn't know if I needed to pay anything or not. She looked past me and asked the next person what they needed. Antarctic adventure was the highlight of the day. With all the other options in the area, SeaWorlds game really needs to step up.

Second time booking the penguin on ice experience only for them to cancel on us. This time the canceled at 11:00am for a 1:30 tour time. As we had already driven 4 hours to get there. They knew it was canceled at 8am but waited until 11 to call us! Very disappointing and will never return.

They have been doing alot to keep this park updated and have consistently been adding new rides and new food events. I give sea world alot of props and is definitely one of the nicer parks to get a pass for.
