A TRULY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! NEVER GOING BACK! I spent over $800 for four tickets to SeaWorld Orlando, including the all-day dining pass, Quick Queue, and other upgrades, expecting a smooth and enjoyable day for my family. Instead, we were met with poor service, broken promises, and complete disregard for basic human needs. In 94-degree heat, we weren’t even provided water with our dining passes. Staff repeatedly turned us away, saying they weren’t participating in the all-day dining plan. The Quick Queue pass, which I purchased specifically to accommodate my autistic son, was completely disregarded—we were forced to wait over 25 minutes in regular lines, which caused him significant distress. When I reached out to customer service for a resolution, I received nothing but a generic statement: “We’ll take your feedback into consideration to improve others’ experiences.” No solution, no apology, no attempt to make things right. SeaWorld’s lack of empathy, organization, and accountability made our day miserable. This was not just a waste of money—it was a deeply upsetting experience for my family!!!
