Ani Al’s were great and orca show is awesome. The downfall is everything was surprisingly more expensive then most the Disney parks, the water there tastes and smell horrible which I drank the water fountain water as waters are 7.50 when they are 4 at Disney. Ride lines were long which is fine but moved super slow as they must be short staffed.

An amazing place great for kids and they will have and learn about the ocean and its inhabitants. So much to do and see. Feed the Stingrays and Sea lions. Quite expensive although worth every penny

Very dated and tired park. Rides are so slow to load and unload so waits are longer than could be. Staff are mostly very unhappy, a few were very nice. Would not visit again.

This is literally my first review ever. Seaworld has gone way downhill. We went midweek in May. The park was only open from 10-6, but the tickets were still near $100. The park was clean. The biggest problem with seaworld is the massive lack of customer service. When I looked at booking our tickets I checked their website, their Facebook and their instagram because I couldn’t find the orca encounter show on the schedule. I saw nothing about it being closed so I assumed it was website error. When entering the park I asked about the orca show and was told yes it’s there today and is open everyday. Once we got into the park was told it was closed for the week for refurbishment. That was the main reason we went to seaworld. Extremely disappointing. So I went online and booked the up close with the orcas so my father could still see them. While trying to find the location to meet ant I asked 3 different employees where to go annd everyone told me something different. After waiting at our reservation time for 20 minutes they showed up. The encounter took place at the underwater viewing which is open to the public. Only difference was 5 feet closer to glass than public. The “encounter”lasted 10 minutes. It cost $278 for 2 people. It was incredibly disappointing and shouldn’t have been offered while the stadium was closed. During the peak of the day my elderly fathers scooter died. I tried to find an employee to help get it to the car with a golf cart or something. I asked 4 different employees and not one knew how to contact guest service or if they even had a guest service. I’ve know been on hold with them for over 1 hour to just speak to someone about it.
