Do not go to waterway grill I had a salad and there was a hair then the woman at the front tried to say the hair was mine she then proceeded to try and blame my friend eventually I did get new food the service was extremely bad they have 3 ordering lanes and only one was open the sprit taste like carbonated chlorine 5/21/25

We complained and the park staff themselves said it's normal, what a horrible situation, totally chaotic. Lack of specialized staff. Not to mention that everything is more expensive than Disney, and it doesn't even come close to the same structure. We were going to Busch Gardens but we've already given up, since it's the same company. Better to spend the money somewhere else. (Original) Péssimo. O dia que fomos estava cheio de passeio escolar, adolescentes mal educados que cortavam fila na cara dura, e falavam que não estavam nem aí… Fomos reclamar e o próprio pessoal do parque disse que é normal, que situação horrível, totalmente bagunçado. Falta de funcionários especializados. Sem contar que tudo é mais caro do que Disney, e não tem nem de perto a mesma estrutura. Iríamos no Bush garden mas já desistimos, visto que é mesma empresa. Melhor gastar o dinheiro em outro lugar.

Had a great time seeing the Dolphin show, visiting the animal exhibits, and riding the coasters!

This was horrible. The app said 5-10 minute waits on pretty much every ride but it was actually about an hour on every ride. The rides were terribly staffed. It took forever between each ride. They were so slow. There were so many school field trips there and the kids were holding up the lines and skipping. It was awful. I do not recommend SeaWorld at all.

The last two times I've visited, there have been many technical issues, which delay the use of attractions or cause them to be closed. It's also difficult to find assistance inside the park. I feel the park has declined in some aspects

We loved our trip to Sea World! Amazing shows, great food, staff are very friendly, lots of experiences like touching sting rays and watching dolphins play. We used our annual military free-pase to visit here and it did not disappoint. This was a great afternoon spent, enjoying the flamingo peddle boats and beautiful park. Would absolutely visit again!

I'm very disappointed. Many of the animals' exhibits were closed. The new ride was closed. The food was very, very basic. Nothing special. Not nearly enough drinking fountains . Would love to of planned another visit, but not worth what little we got.

Sea World in Orlando....Great Experience!!! As the name suggests it's a whole world and you need at least one full day to visit the whole park. There are so many activities/rides to do. There are small rides for kids also. Many shows like sea lions, Dolphins etc. are also there. Overall a nice experience at Sea world Orlando.

Came mainly for the Sesame Street exhibits. While the park let everyone in a bit early; we found areas close off beyond 10am. No access to the Sesame Street area till after 11. Needless to say if you’re coming with toddlers no reason to show up early. Not a lot of consideration for parents with little kids. Other than that we had a good time.

Half of the rides were closed due to technical difficulties. Penguin exhibited was closed. Stayed for 1 hour in line for expedition odyssey and then couldn’t enter because of technical difficulty. Only good thing was the Dolphin, Orca and , sea lion shows. The worst part of all is the staff. Not responsible for anything and even if you ask a question, they don't care. Was a fan of Seaworld, no longer returning.
