It was great to be back and experience the thrills of rides and creatures not easily accessible. The park is huge. The Beluga Whales are beautiful and exotic. The Orca experience is inclusive and fun. Sadly I was told the Polar passed away and was not replaced. It was a thrill to watch such a big land creature swim so gracefully. The food courts are always busy, but always messy. It’s too hot to sit outside and eat. Not much shaded area is provided. The roller coasters are all the same, and have not been upgraded or new attractions added. All in all it’s a fun and unusual experience but be wary exiting the park at closing time is chaos, only one exit with no traffic control at all.

Customer service is very poor. Overall, the place is just okay. I would definitely choose Disney or Universal over this one. I did enjoy the animal shows and the Sesame Street parade. However, most of the attractions are geared towards adults. Both times I went to get food, I had a negative experience with the staff.

(Translated by Google) A disastrous day… With friends, we bought four tickets for a total of over €300. The staff were rude and unfriendly, offering no help or service. We bought a refillable water bottle, but there were hardly any refill stations, and when we did find one, the water was stagnant and the other drinks were flat. I got sick when I left, and the ticket office closed an hour before the park closed. The app is very poorly designed; the wait times are inaccurate, constantly displaying a "big" message, and during a tour, it takes the longest possible time. The animals didn't look healthy; it was heartbreaking to see. I was really disappointed with the day. The only positive point was the attractions.

(Translated by Google) I am writing to you with profound anger and immense disappointment following our visit to SeaWorld Orlando on May 21, 2025. There were four of us, full of enthusiasm, expecting a magical day. What we experienced was simply outrageous. We paid $64 for refillable cups, believing we could drink as much as we wanted all day. Instead, the drinks tasted musty, foul, and completely flat, as if they had been stored for days. And to top it all off, all the refill stations closed at 5:11 p.m.—even though the park was supposed to stay open an hour longer. This is highway robbery. The park itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and the atmosphere was icy. No smiles, no welcome, a constant feeling of being an intruder. We felt like we were being treated as a nuisance, not as customers who had paid a significant amount. But the worst, the most upsetting thing, was the animals. We had come to see the orcas. What we saw was unbearable. A tiny five-minute show—twice in one day—and no other way to see them. And frankly, after what we saw, it was perhaps for the best. Seeing them exhibited like that, reduced to doing laps in a tiny pool, made us literally sick. Yes, sick. We left the stands with heavy hearts, feeling profoundly unwell. It was sickening, sad, inhumane. As for the dolphins, it was heartbreaking. They looked lifeless, trapped, abandoned. Not a single playful moment, not a single interaction, nothing. Just intelligent animals, clearly unhappy, swimming in circles in a pool that was far too small. It was as if they had given up. It was unbearable to watch. The food stands? Closed well before closing time. And those still open? Outrageously expensive, as if you wanted to squeeze every last penny out of visitors until the very last minute. It's a disgrace. A disgrace for a park of this size, a disgrace for the animals, a disgrace for the visitors. What we saw was sad, disturbing, and utterly unworthy of an establishment that claims to raise awareness about marine life. What we experienced wasn't just a "bad day"; it was a shocking experience that left us disgusted, saddened, and angry. We expect a prompt and serious response from you. On aurait dit qu’ils avaient abandonné.

Amazing time at SeaWorld. Great mix of very unique and creative rides+ excellent animal exhibits! One bit of advice for your visit...download the app and use the search and directions feature to find your way around the park. You can search for things you want to see and it will show you a path to each location, exhibit, ride, show, restaurant etc. We didn't figure this out until a couple hours in and we could have seen more if we had known how useful the app map and directions are. Pipeline is so fun ! Mako is amazing ! Just do it ! Manta is awesome and that pretzel roll woosh!!! Powerful!

Staff members were rude and unwilling to help or provide a resolution in an ongoing problem at the park.
