SeaWorld Orlando was definitely a mixed experience for me. There were some things that I really enjoyed, but unfortunately the weather had a huge impact on our overall experience. One of my favorite parts of the park was the Sesame Street area. It was so well done and really stood out to me, especially if you’re visiting with younger children. There were also several different shows available throughout the park that were included with admission, which I really appreciated. Having entertainment options that don’t require an additional fee is always a plus, especially when you’re already paying for park admission. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and I thought the park was reasonably clean considering how busy it was. My biggest issue was definitely the crowds and wait times. The park was extremely crowded, and the lines made it difficult to get around and experience everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately, the weather was the biggest disappointment. The rides ended up being shut down for basically our entire time there because of the weather, which was obviously outside of SeaWorld’s control. Still, it was disappointing because rides were a big part of what we were looking forward to. The food was probably my least favorite part outside of the weather. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but for the prices you pay inside a theme park, I expected more. Overall, I think SeaWorld has a lot to offer, especially for families with children, but I would definitely check the weather before planning a visit. I’d consider going again on a better-weather day because I feel like we didn’t get to experience the park at its full potential.

Much better than Busch Gardens when I went six months ago, but since they’re owned by the same company, I didn’t have high hopes but maybe because they’re in Orlando and they have to do better because of all the competition SeaWorld was a bit cleaner and more upkeep than Busch Gardens so I can’t go any lower than three stars but unfortunately, just like Busch Gardens finding anyone to ask a question and when you do that they really can give you an answer is very tough that’s not a priority unfortunately for them as far as customer service properly training people and I say this because their signage is not great needs to be better and what would help would get an app that actually works in functional with a functional map that actually has icons and things that you can tap on and see where you’re going and identifies every building and every thing that there is to do there, but no, it’s not very functional very good very user-friendly at all. I’m also not an expert with working in training and dealing with the animals, but it almost seems like you just don’t have enough options on these shows. Some of them only have two have three and their hours or so close together that it makes us so difficult to try to see all the shows well unless that’s all you do all day. It’s pretty much what we focused on because of the timing and what it takes to go from once out of the park to the other, so maybe that should be looked over and see if that could be a little bit easier with more options.
