“Worst World” was honestly one of the worst experiences we had. Some employees were helpful, but unfortunately, others were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, with very poor organization and communication. We went to ride Penguin Trek today, around 12:00–1:00 PM. Nobody informed us that we needed a locker, even though there were employees around. We gave our bags to our friends waiting behind us. After the ride, we tried to collect our bags and leave through the exit, but they refused. We then offered to go back through the entrance, but they refused that too. Instead, they insisted that our friends, who had already waited a long time for their turn, leave the line and put our bags in a locker. Since we had already finished the ride and were leaving, this made absolutely no sense, and our friends ended up losing their turn. To make things worse, an employee sarcastically said “Welcome to SeaWorld” as we were leaving. We had been on other rides where we were able to leave our bags in the box without any issue, so the way this situation was handled at Penguin Trek made no sense to us and felt completely unnecessary. Also our experience with Customer Service, especially Andrea, was also extremely disappointing and rude

Loved seeing the Animals especially the penguins, it's really cold in the penguin encounter but great to cool down in summer.

Food needs improvement for quality.. the choreography for shows makes me wonder who’s in charge. I questioned coming here for Halloween and after watching the shows and seeing the performance I’m skipping out on Halloween. Also barb took order for chicken nuggets I spent 70 dollars on three orders. I get there and they are closing don’t have my food. Charged me and I never got my money refunded to me! Bar told me to go to customer service customer service told me to go back to the bar restaurant

My family and I had a great time. We did get the quick que we didn't need it at quite a few rides. The food was good and most of the service was good. Tom the Mime was definitely one of the biggest highlights of the trip, we were so glad that our trip coincided with him being there.

Went when I was a toddler all I remember is an amazing dolphin show and I have as stuffed animal that I got of an orca and is one of my favorite ones

A few tips if you’re planning a visit: 💧 Bring your own snacks and plenty of water! Food and drinks inside the park are very expensive, so packing your own can save you a lot of money. 👕 Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you’re planning on doing any of the water rides or splash areas. Comfortable walking shoes are a must, but I would also bring sandals or water shoes for the water attractions. 🎒 Pack light. You’ll need to use a locker when you go on some of the water rides, so if possible, bring just one backpack for the whole family instead of carrying several bags. I also recommend getting a locker pass for the day, which allows you to use lockers at different locations around the park instead of paying for a separate locker each time. 🚗 Parking is around $40, and there is also a drop-off area if someone is just dropping you off. ⛅️ Check the weather before you go! If it rains, many of the attractions may be closed. SeaWorld may offer you a free pass to come back another day, and the pass is valid for up to one year. Also, the booths where they offer hotel promotions sometimes give you free passes to come back, but those usually have to be used within 7 days. 🎢 Infinity Falls was a huge hit with my kids! They’re 7 and 9, and they absolutely loved it. 🧊 I also did Ice Breaker with my 9-year-old, and WOW—it was intense! 😂 It was really fun, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it for children under 9. It can be a lot, especially for younger kids. Overall, the orca and dolphin shows were definitely the highlights of our day! 🐬❤️ It was such a special experience seeing these incredible animals up close. We loved sitting in the splash zones—it was so much fun! SeaWorld is no longer breeding orcas, and the orcas currently at the park cannot simply be released into the ocean because they were born and raised in human care and would not be equipped to survive independently in the wild. 🐋✨ The shows, rides, and water attractions made it a great experience, and my kids had such a fun day!
