I just wanted to take a glimpse a look at the park as many people were still in the movement of exiting I have the premium pass so I deserve to have the VIP treatment so the experience was really bad so this dude with the curly hair and the nose ring should have left my mother come in and just take a look so what do we have in the front doors the airport so once again I did have a premium pass just want to haul butt out of there it's very sad

They closed the park at 2pm and we were just stuck there doing nothing but waiting to see if they would open the rides but no hope we left feeling ripped off not including the amount of money we spent at the food stands are 3x the prices outside. Go somewhere else.

(Translated by Google) Great fun. If we hadn't been in August and the heat was so intense we would have enjoyed it twice as much. In the middle of the day a heavy rain burst that shut down the park, we got tickets for another day, we didn't pay for parking again. Excellent customer service!!!!

(Translated by Google) The best experience ever. I recommend buying the Express Pass. You won't regret it. You'll enjoy it to the fullest. You can see the whole park in no time. And you can ride the attractions as many times as you like. I also recommend buying the All Day Meal, which gives you food every 1.5 hours wherever you want. And you can take it with you. So you won't have to spend money when you leave the park. [The best experience of my life. I recommend buying the Express Pass. It's not very expensive compared to other parks. I recently purchased a Platinum Pass membership at the San Antonio location, which turned out to be a major disappointment. Wanting to make the most of the membership, we decided to visit the Orlando location with high hopes that our experience there would be better. Those hopes faded quickly when we discovered that many of the benefits we were told came with our membership were either unavailable or extremely difficult to use outside of San Antonio. Once again, what we had been told when purchasing the membership did not match the reality. Still, we arrived determined to make the best of our visit. Unfortunately, we spent the first hour simply trying to use a guest ticket that we had unexpectedly been required to purchase. Several employees were unable to help or provide accurate information before we finally found a team member who quickly resolved the issue and got us into the park. That employee then directed us to the passholder lounge at the back of the park to collect an All-Day Dining Pass we were owed after being double-charged at the San Antonio location. We were specifically told the guest services counter there could expedite the process and save us from waiting in the lines at the front of the park. After walking across the park and waiting nearly 30 minutes at that counter, we were abruptly told they couldn't help us. When I asked why a supervisor couldn't come to us rather than sending us all the way back to the front, the employee responded, "I don't have time for complaints, and I don't really care about the handouts you're looking for." Calling something we were owed because SeaWorld had previously double-charged us a "handout" was absolutely unacceptable. By this point, I genuinely regretted attempting to visit another SeaWorld park at all. We had spent considerable time and money on this trip, though, so simply leaving wasn't much of an option. Meanwhile, we were missing the shorter ride queues we had arrived early to take advantage of, along with shows we had specifically planned to see. So, back to the front of the park we went. Nearly two and a half hours after arriving, we finally received the All-Day Dining Pass we were owed. Even that wasn't particularly easy. It required more explaining, more waiting, and eventually someone was able to locate it and provide it to us. Unfortunately, things didn't improve much from there. It felt like our San Antonio experience all over again, just in a larger and nicer park. Nothing seemed organized, clear, convenient, or particularly thoughtful from a guest's perspective. Far too many employees we encountered seemed either unable or unwilling to provide useful assistance, and what should have been simple issues consumed an unreasonable amount of our day. I could continue with examples, but SeaWorld has already taken enough of my time and effort. If you're considering a Platinum Pass because of the benefits you're being promised, I strongly recommend verifying exactly which benefits will actually be honored at other locations and how they can be redeemed before purchasing. Are the rides, exhibits, and park itself enjoyable? Sure, there are absolutely things worth experiencing. But go in with very low expectations when it comes to organization, convenience, customer service, and actually receiving the membership benefits you've paid for.

(Translated by Google) Excessive price. The park has changed a lot since our last visit in 2013. Many thrill rides. It's clear that the animals are no longer their priority. The animal shows are reduced to the bare minimum. The only positive point is the refuge for injured animals and the opportunity to feed them—$9 for three fish. As for the attractions, it's the worst management I've ever seen. Boarding and disembarking are not optimized. For Manta and Pipeline, only one train runs the entire way. We saw the Electric Ocean show in the evening. Why did they put up a huge scaffold over the stage? Perfect for hiding the drone show and the fireworks. Otherwise, the park is particularly large. The Sesame Street area is perfect for children. The Expedition Odyssey aquarium is very immersive. (Original) Prix excessif.

This park has a wonderful concept, with excellent family-friendly exhibitions and a great overall vision for what it wants to be. Unfortunately, the execution falls completely flat due to a shocking lack of cleanliness across the entire property. The buildings and displays are noticeably beaten down and neglected, and the employees frequently seemed completely uninterested in helping visitors. I really wanted to love this place, but the overwhelming filth and lack of basic upkeep made it a truly disappointing experience.

I took my family here for the first time, and we had a blast! I wanna give a special thanks to seaworld for their Military program. I was really impressed by the rides. I thought the main attraction would be the animals, and of course it was, but the coasters really made for an extra fun time for all of us. The finale at the end of the night was also an interesting surprise. We really didn't expect them to end it like that. It certainly went out with a bang (several actually). The prices were actually reasonable as well for things at the park. I look forward to our next visit.

We are pass holders and tried to use the kiosk to print rewards. At the entrance only 4 out of 9 were working, in the heat of close to 100 degrees and super long line. There was one staff basically didn't help anyone. When it finally came to your turn, some machines would show an error sign. Saw three groups got the error sign and so frustrated and they just left. I also tried to go use the ones by Manta. Surprise surprise both machines were out of service. We love the park but seems the maintenance is going downhill.

If you are looking for the perfect mix of incredible marine life and heart-pounding thrills, SeaWorld Orlando is an absolute must-visit! We just spent an amazing day there and were completely blown away by their ride lineup. As Orlando's "Coaster Capital", the park truly delivers for thrill-seekers. I couldn't get enough of Mako, which is the tallest and fastest coaster in Orlando, offering unbelievable airtime and speeds of up to 73 mph! We also loved the unique flying sensation on Manta and the new indoor/outdoor family coaster, Penguin Trek, which was such a blast. Beyond the world-class rides, the park itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and so easy to navigate. The animal exhibits are top-notch; seeing the penguins and majestic manta rays up close added such a special, educational element to our day. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure the ride operations moved quickly, keeping wait times manageable. Whether you are an intense thrill-seeker wanting to experience rides like Pipeline and Kraken, or you just want a fantastic family-friendly day out, SeaWorld Orlando is worth every penny. Five stars—we cannot wait to come back!
