I like SeaWorld, but seemed short staffed. Got on the rides quickly. Food was less than desirable (made us sick). Needs more shade areas and more animal shows.

After going to Disney for the last 5 years, we were disappointed on many reasons. Some employees did not know how to give directions. All they would say is follow the signs. Terrible, some did not speak English, last I checked we live in a English speaking as a first language. The worst, not enough Americans flags and two employees one continued to load products and one put his hand over his left heart while the National Anthem was being sung. I find the last two as embarrassing to YOUR company. Employees should respect our flag because they show they don't have allegents to our flag. Shameful

Terrible park! They are seriously understaffed, and the rides are constantly breaking down or stopping with no explanation. The posted wait times are completely inaccurate. A ride showing a 60-minute wait can easily turn into 120 minutes in line. The food is bad, and the entire park feels dirty and poorly maintained. Save your money and go to Disney or Universal instead!
