Fun place to spend the day.

The customer service is terrible! I called to resolve an issue with my EZ Pay account, but I ended up waiting for a long time before giving up. I called again and chose to be placed on the callback list, but I never received a call from them. Today, June 30, 2025, I called once more, only to hear an automated message stating that my “estimated wait time is greater than 45 minutes.” A family member of mine has been waiting even longer than I have. We are seriously considering canceling our annual pass membership.

If you don’t mind being in long lines for hours sure go ahead and buy this ticket and try to have fun with your friends or family while waiting in line. Make the best of memories that’s all matters.

I really want to love this place... The shows are great, the aquariums are top notch, the animals are amazing; but there are hurdles to a good time. 1. the unpredictable FL weather. It will either be 100 degrees or it will rain, shutting the entire park down. Been there 3 times and an afternoon shower made short work of two of the visits. Cooling stations and benches to sit are few and far between, there are no water fountains, and buying water like everything else is EXPENSIVE. They will however let you bring water in, do so. 2. Restrooms. I'm a girl dad, and in three visits only found one family restroom. Staff don't know where or if they exist, they aren't on the map or in the app. Taking a little girl into crowded men's rooms is unpleasant. Why can't they add them to the map? 3. Customer service. No one seems to know anything. I only found one self service kiosk, and after 30 minutes of waiting in line it went offline. If you're a member prepare to wait to print your benefits to use them, why can't they add them in the app like tickets? 4. Customer service: I don't know when it became acceptable to vape and surf your phone while customers are standing in full view waiting but it happens here. If you're on break do that out of view. 5. Customer service, no one knows anything. They can't point you to where things are, they can't answer questions about memberships, they can't print anything or help you redeem benefits, and the answer will always be no when you need help. No rainchecks, no refunds, no redeeming later, no printing, no guarantee, no discount, no directions, no no no. Sky tower is out of order, parade is cancelled, rides are shut down due to weather, shows postponed, feeding stations closed, games out of order. No no no. 6. Crowds. The crowds can be insane, even on weekdays. Shows, even big one's like at the orca stadium, can reach capacity and turn you away. It can take an hour to get into the parking lot. It can take an hour to reach customer service by phone. Unless you do quick que and don't eat, plan to spend half your visit in lines. In the end, if you're a resident there's too many other better options for memberships where customer service doesn't make you feel bad about your experience. If you're going to visit PLAN and prepare to PAY. It's going to cost you to enjoy your visit, and watch the weather. It's worth visiting this park but not being a regular or member. I actually love the park and experiences, it's just the crowd management and lack of customer service that really hurts it.

Compared to Disney World and Universal I feel like SeaWorld is very underrated it's basically an Amusement Park and an Aquarium combined which is absolutely awesome the ticket price is 50$ which is still decent although it used to be cheaper before still though it's definitely worth it to come here you get to see so many different Sea Animals perform and last time I went they had just opened an orange roller-coaster that goes in reverse it was wild I honestly thought I was gonna fall off it was tons of fun I'd love to revisit again someday!

SeaWorld is a great family park for all ages. Roller coasters, shows, parades, resturants, shopping, concerts, fireworks, they have it all. Even a Build-a-Bear workshop. As season pass holders, I highly recommend getting to the park as soon as they open. Otherwise, you will have to park far away from entrance (even handicap fills up fast) and you will literally wait in long lines for hours to get into the park security, ticket booth and entrance gates. The summertime is the best time to come for shows, concerts and special events. However, it IS the busy time for the theme parks and there will be long lines everywhere. It's is worth the money to buy quick que passes and skip the lines.
