Worst customer service out of all of the parks. The new ride expedition went down for 40 min and we all waited for the ride to come back up. In the time we all waited, the fast pass lane filled and went through. We sat in the same spot in line while the rest advanced. How would that be possible? Same situation in Disney and they gave us a fast pass to came back later.

Came at rope drop and had an amazing time! The shows were incredible and the staff...oh the staff...were top notch! Super friendly and very knowledgeable! If you eat a lot like I did, I highly recommend getting the all day dining option. The first meal you'll break even for the amount it would have cost you paying out of pocket. The longest you'll wait for anything is waiting to get on a ride. I highly recommend this Park if you're on a budget!

The place is a train wreck now with the different owners... waiting 30 mins for food ordered to then be told the food i ordered and payed for is out and I can pick chicken tenders which is cheaper or wait 10-15 mins longer which if you are trying to catch a show doesn't work well. The parking has Noone guiding the mass exodus of vehicles and its a mess, when we went to the shark exhibit it was so packed that you were in military terms "making you buddy smile" and then when you get to the best part finally... the tunnel with the conveyor belt... they rushed everyone through so you didn't get to see half of the animals on display...pretty sure that it was a fire hazardto be crammedin there like we were.. not worth spending a dime use it elsewhere like a local aquarium/animal rescue ir buy a jeep and throw the money at it
