So what can I say… first of all I want to say that the RIDES were amazing, and the only person I saw that really worked hard and was actually sweating and doing his job as it should be done was Ezikiel (guy with shoulder length and converse) from the manta ride.. wow amazing. The rest of the staff, in the whole park, nowhere to be seen… I think there was shortage of staff because wow in every ride there was maximum 3 people working, no one controlling the people.. they would just go where they want, we saw some girls skip the line and no one was there to say something, which was probably why they did it because there was nobody to check that. Also not to be mean, rude, etc but the people that go there they just also don’t help.. I saw a diaper with poo on the floor, and not one worker went to clean it up so yeah. But the rides are nice.. the staff, you need more staff and control everyone… everywhere. Also if you are buying the quick queue thing absolutely USELESS it WONT work on every ride you’re gonna need “quick queue plus” which is absolutely BS. Even the workers said that it’s ridiculous and I should complain which I’m going to do… horrible and the website does not say anything about this information.

Over an hour wait for a less popular ride. There for the day with time to experience just 2. Rides. Shows were very good. Food was big disappointment. Our group had one of our meals at hamburger place. They did not have the lettuce, tomato and pickle for burgers, desserts were unseen, they had no ketchup or mustard packs. Also no dressing for the chicken wrap. Employees at the food line just said sorry when I asked about it. Ask another person outside about ketchup and mustard and they said I could walk to a different restaurant. I told them that was not helpful. Very disappointed especially for the prices!

Going to Sea World on a Monday was the best decision. The lines moved fast. The penguin exhibit is adorable. Best show hands down, Orca encounter!

We enjoyed it. This is a nice clean park and all the rides need to be in great condition. Animals seem well taken care of. Lines aren’t crazy if you get there when it opens. We planned out our two days we were spending in the park. The first day we did the left side of the park and the second day we were planning to do the right side. I wish they had mentioned that the right side of the park opens an hour after the posted opening hours. It sort of messed up my plan to get in line for the roller coasters we really wanted to ride. The signs for parking could’ve been done a lot better. I asked a question to someone managing the traffic and he wouldn’t let me ask my question and was extremely rude. Otherwise, no real complaints.

Weekdays during summer are manageable but expect every weekend to be hot/humid, packed and slow.

Watch out! Parking took over 40 minutes to get through the line, and to a parking spot. We were late to our scheduled event and we almost missed out. The parking congestion was a mess they had 6 lanes.. that scrunched into one lane. We had a good time overall but plan extra time just for parking.

Orca show got rained out and ruined our experience for the outdoor exhibits and orca show. We traveled from Minnesota to ruin my 5 year olds day.

Disappointed in Our Experience at SeaWorld Orlando Today We were surprised with complimentary tickets from a generous annual passholder—she put our names on the tickets and planned something special for our family. We had already been in the area earlier, drove all the way back to Brooksville to pick up the kids, then turned around and made the hour-and-a-half drive back—in the rain—to make the most of it. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected emergency, our friend couldn’t physically meet us at the gate. She FaceTimed us, confirmed everything with staff, and even sent her annual pass for verification. Despite all of this, SeaWorld refused to let us in. We spoke with a manager and multiple team members, but no one was willing to help—not even with the proof provided. It was a major letdown for our family. The kids were really looking forward to the visit, and what should’ve been a great memory turned into frustration. SeaWorld, we expected better. #SeaWorldOrlando #CustomerServiceMatters #FamilyDayRuined #BrooksvilleToSeaWorld #DisappointedGuests

Pretty much everything closed due to weather or "max capacity". The navigation in the park needs work, you never know where any attractions are. The parking lot for the trucks is far, you have to walk and walk and walk your way to the entrance. On the other hand, the few attractions open were cute and the animals looked beautiful. The staff is friendly.
