You have to rent a locker (4$ for 2 hours) for every single interesting ride. Quite a scam since I had a small crossbosy bag! For expedition odyssey I could have kept it, there were places to store loose belongings. Tickets are already expensive.... The app is also quite poor compared to the universal one. Hard to navigate with Food is overpriced. The place has tons of potential but those things will keep me from coming back and recommending it to others

We planned a trip for our grandbaby recently so she could be a part of the Shark do do do celebration. We were charged $50 more than the website was charging when the SeaWorld Orlando customer service assisted us. I was told they would not honor the better price and gave me the runaround about refunding the higher price to save money. There was one very short Shark do do do show. We were very disappointed because there was no meet and greet with the characters as the website stated there would be. SeaWorld Orlando was a very big let down and the customer service was anything but helpful. Instead of a memorable day it was a big money waste of time!

Have visited here a few times. I really like this park because the wait times are short but I feel like they need to make some upgrades in order to stay relevant. Will still visit again soon but would choose other theme parks over this one for that reason.

As a young father wanting my family to have the best possible trip to a theme park involves a lot of planning. My wife and I first chose Seaworld because our children hadn't been yet and Sesame Street Land was perfect for their age. We got that and so much more! With strategic planning with the available showtimes we got to experience 4 amazing shows, the sesame street parade, ride some rides, enjoy the splash pad, eat delicious food at Sharks Underwater Grill, and shop at the gift stores! We arrived at the park at 9:45 and I recommend paying a little more for preferred parking because it was not a far walk or difficult to get into the park. Right away every moment was filled with so much fun! I highly recommend the Hydrosurge Show at the Nautilus Theater and getting there early for good seats. Their performance was top notch! We left the park at closing and we are already thinking about our next visit. WE LOVE SEAWORLD!

A good place to take the kids, the ticket price is reasonable, there are many types of fun, but the popular projects need to wait for a long time if you don't buy a PASS card. Honestly this place sucked rides were okay the food was decent for a theme park but the bathrooms were digusting long lines for bathrooms then there was no paper towels in all of the restrooms no crowd control what so ever in the shark tank experience the new indoor show with the dance and acrobatics is a must is you plan on going they were probably the best part about the park. 3/10 experience

For the cost of everything in the park, you would except a smidge of quality. They are charging top dollar for absolutely everything that is mid-level. I don’t mind paying the money, but don’t sell me garbage. Enjoyed the dance party and drone show along side the firework show at the end of the evening made the entire trip worth it. Rain and storms did put a damper on some of the activities in the park.

Horrible establishment. The orcas are not well taken care of and the staff lies to park goers about them. Watch the documentary blackfish before you even think about spending your money at this gross animal prison
