Had a fantastic experience with my family. The kids absolutely loved the Orca show, and my wife and I particularly enjoyed the Bands, Brews & BBQ “tour” that was taking place. I specifically want to draw attention to one employee that went above and beyond to ensure that we had nothing short of a magical experience. At the Carolina BBQ food location (number 6 on the map) on the evening of July 25th, was a young man named “George” if I remember correctly. I have nothing but pleasurable things to say about this young man and hope that he’s recognized for his contributions to customer experiences. We look forward to seeing you all again!

If you're gonna go to SeaWorld make sure you pay for the Quick Passes or you will literally stand in line ALL day. At that point it was not worth the money to me personally as the lines were crazy long and barely moved due to the Quick Pass riders getting to board the rides first. We waited in line for over an hour for the infinite falls ride as it was extremely hot and we needed to get cooled off and that was the only water ride... just for it to break down and they made everyone get out of line due to the ride wouldn't be fixed for a while. So we went to the Wako and road it after standing in line for another 45 minutes. Needless to say that was the only one we got to ride during a 5.5 hour visit. We will not be back. The Orca show was cool, but sad at the same time as they are held captive. It's sad to see the fens bent down as that means they are miserable...

I brought my tickets in advance and walked right up to the gate after cleaning security. Less than a 10 minute wait for any ride except the surfing coaster. Go early to beat the heat and the crowds in summer months.

Hello, I would like to report a disappointing experience we had with the Ride Accessibility Program at SeaWorld Orlando on August 2nd, specifically at the Manta attraction. At the time we requested a return time for Manta, the SeaWorld app showed a 5-minute wait. I took a screenshot of the posted wait time as proof, and I verified that wait times for other attractions also appeared accurate and up to date. Despite this, we were given a return time that prevented us from accessing the ride, which we found confusing and unfair. We made the effort to rush across the park under extreme heat with our son in a wheelchair, hoping to enjoy the ride together. We spoke with a supervisor named Niccolahs, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and we left the attraction feeling disappointed and frustrated. We truly support the RAP program and appreciate the idea of equitable access, but in this case, the experience felt more like an exclusion than an accommodation. I am submitting this feedback not to complain without reason, but to highlight a gap that affected our visit and to suggest improvements in communication and fairness for guests with accessibility needs. Thank you for your attention,

Tropical landscaping is up to par with all the parks in the state. Stunning. Animal encounters are awesome. Just wanted to speak on the little bbq place that is a quick way to eat. $12 seems like a good deal but the picture is not what it seems. I thought I was getting twice as much. Thank God I ordered two orders of the ribs. They were great but the quality is wilddddd. Me, my 2 year old, and my wife looked like we were rationing a small rodent we found in a zombie apocalypse. There’s a reason the prices seems affordable. Food was great. Just wanted to warn about proportions.
