(Translated by Google) The country is great. The problem is that the SeaWorld app indicated the attractions were open with a 10- or 5-minute wait, but when you got to the line, they were closed due to technical issues. This was a constant problem for such a large place with a high revenue. I think the maintenance isn't adequate. I can understand that rides might be closed due to weather conditions and the crucial safety concerns. But constantly, it's due to technical problems, and they don't update the app, wasting time getting to the attraction only to find it closed. They need to improve both the app and the technical systems for the shows. The ticket sales are worth millions, and it's a shame to have this problem constantly. It didn't happen more than five times; we split up to make sure we enjoyed the rides and waited in line for other attractions, and even then, there were several we couldn't do. This year, it happened far too often, though not as frequently. The last time I went, five years ago, it also happened due to technical problems, and I arrived early before the park opened to take advantage of the bright sunshine, only to find the rides were having technical difficulties. When they fix the problem, they close the park due to weather conditions. That's understandable, but from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon, the sun was blazing, and there were constant technical problems. Then, after three or four in the afternoon, the weather turned bad for the rest of the day. Like any machine, like any vehicle, it needs maintenance, and you shouldn't have people lining up to fix technical issues. It's a constant problem, and money isn't an excuse.

I recently visited SeaWorld Orlando, and while it’s one of the more affordable theme parks in Florida, there’s a reason for that. Many of the rides, like Journey to Atlantis, are in a serious state of disrepair—parts of the exterior walls have collapsed, and some tiles have even caved into the ride itself. The park overall felt dirty, with trash visible in multiple areas. What really surprised me was the overwhelming presence of alcohol. While I have nothing against responsible drinking, this place is supposed to be family-friendly—yet I saw multiple intoxicated guests stumbling around, and even witnessed a young woman vomiting into the bushes. Not exactly the kind of atmosphere you’d want for a day out with kids. The parking is another issue. They charge the same as Disney, yet the experience is confusing, poorly organized, and just doesn’t compare in terms of quality or efficiency. Lastly—and most importantly—I don’t believe animals, especially killer whales, should be kept in enclosures like this. It was upsetting to see, and it reinforced my decision that I will not be returning.

Two rides were shut down at our visit, which was heart breaking toward the kids. Bit pricey, and I have mixed feelings towards the animals that are "supposedly" taken care of. The orcas were in such a small tank. I realized how badly the animals were cared for and I will not be supporting them ever again. But the positive side of things about sea world were the short lines, and incredible rides.

Disappointing Experience During Sesame Street Parade on 8/2/25 We traveled all the way from New York to SeaWorld Orlando, excited to share the Sesame Street parade experience with our children — especially since it features their favorite characters. Unfortunately, our visit was overshadowed by a disappointing interaction that I believe upper management should be aware of. During the parade, we encountered a group of adults who were clearly friends of one of the cast members (Ernie). When kindly asked if they could slide over and consolidate space or sit on the curb so the children behind them could see, they responded rudely — and their behavior came across as disrespectful and potentially under the influence. Rather than promoting a family-friendly environment, their presence made it difficult for the actual target audience — the kids — to enjoy the show. We eventually moved to avoid further confrontation, but it was disheartening that children were blocked from viewing a parade meant for them, by adults who claimed to be “supporting their friend” in the cast — by standing in the way of little ones. It would be greatly appreciated if coordinators could remind staff and their guests that this is a children’s event, and that allowing children front-row access to see their beloved characters is both respectful and aligned with the spirit of the experience. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Amazing experience, even got a second day for free. Suggest go early as possible to avoid lines and crowds. Only complaint is the security needs to screen people better because the smell of weed throughout the park is not something I like to smell for me and my kids, and it does not belong there.

Family will always love the rides not loving the other ppl who can't respect park rules and regulations though and I feel the park workers could do better at enforcing them
