Great place,.loved it more than Disney world. Recommend that you buy the lightning lane as I think it is worth the extra money

All Flordia theme parks are useless without priority pass, i don’t know why they even sell the normal pass when no one can take even one ride. I think it’s a way for them to get more people to enter the park and then end up in getting priority/expedited pass but spending double the money. I hope someone take action against all big theme parks in Florida to do better management for someone entering with regular pass!

Okay alternative to the other two “major theme parks” in Orlando. Unfortunately, several rides were not operational on the day of our visit and lines were excessively long for the ones that were. We also witnessed some staff interactions with other visitors that we believed to be a little harsh/inappropriate - something we have never witnessed at any other amusement park anywhere!

Review of SeaWorld I recently visited SeaWorld and unfortunately found the experience to be below expectations. It seemed like the park was understaffed, which affected the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property. The area near the trashcans had a noticeable smell, detracting from the enjoyment of the park. Additionally, the rides did not appear to be inclusive for plus-size individuals, which is a significant concern for many visitors. While SeaWorld has the potential to be a fantastic attraction, improvements in staffing, cleanliness, and inclusivity are essential for a better guest experience. I hope they can address these issues in the future.

The place needs a little bit of a cleaning/spruce up. Its a little dared here. 2ndly this is florida. Why do the lines for the rides not have fans and cover/shade? Even disney and universal have already though of that. My kids love the place because they are 3-5 and love to see the animals but they get hot quick so we are diving into restaurants for shade and cool are for 15 mins before moving again. Its like leep frog to stay cool. I dont have a complaint about the staff they are all great and very nice. just the management of heat.

SeaWorld has definitely gone down hill. My biggest issue is the filthy restrooms. Missing doors, doors that don’t lock, trash overflowing and the strong stench of urine.
