Incredible Thrills Let Down by Operations, Staffing, and Pricing overall a mixed bag that is strange. The Good: some Great Coasters: SeaWorld has some of the absolute best roller coasters in Orlando with serious thrill factors. Low Standby Waits: The standard standby queues were surprisingly quiet and manageable. Where They Fall Short: Unmonitored Quick Queue: Despite quiet main lines, the Quick Queue line was completely unmonitored and turned into a chaotic free-for-all. Ride Reliability: Multiple rides suffered breakdowns, with attractions opening and closing at staggered, unpredictable times throughout the day. Food & Snack Pricing: Food and snacks feel noticeably more expensive than both Disney and Universal, which is hard to justify given the food quality. Poor Mobile App: The official park app offers a frustrating user experience and lacks basic reliability. Disengaged Staff: A noticeable number of team members looked completely spaced out and clearly were not enjoying working there. Lack of Dress Code Enforcement: Seeing guests walking around uncovered (swimwear without shirts or cover-ups) felt inappropriate for a family environment and needs proper enforcement.

Our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. At the front gate, we spent approximately 30 minutes standing in the hot sun while staff argued with us over an issue that could have been resolved in just a few minutes with better communication and professionalism. My wife was on crutches and was clearly unable to stand comfortably for an extended period, yet no one offered her a seat or showed any consideration for her situation. Unfortunately, our interactions with the customer service staff throughout the day continued to feel unprofessional and dismissive. The one positive was the food and beverage staff, who were friendly and helpful. Overall, the customer service experience significantly impacted what was supposed to be an enjoyable day at SeaWorld.

Rain can dampen the experience as there are limited attractions indoors. Coasters stop if lightening is nearby. The park is clean and relatively navagatable. Orcas may or may not perform as it's their choice don't be disappointed if it's a no.
