Ya’ll need to clean up this park a little - quite dirty everywhere and how can only 3 ticket machines be working and the other 5 out of order on “Labor Day” weekend - it took us 1 1/2 hour to get our tickets to go in. The rides closed with sunny skies and nothing on the horizon - very very poor decisions - I only got to go on one ride my whole time there, see some dirty fish tanks with finger prints and nasty water everywhere - not the greatest experience, hopefully next time it’ll be better

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mia at SeaWorld was absolutely wonderful! She was at Penguin Trek yesterday and was so kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had a great experience. You could really tell that she cared about helping guests and making their visit enjoyable. Thank you, Mia, for being so friendly and helpful! 💙🐧

SeaWorld says it cares about pollution and contamination of environment while partnering with COCA COLA. And uses the Orca show, it most famous show for army propaganda, and last but no least, the parking fee of $40 is almost the same amount of a entrance on discount

Buying seaworld tickets ahead of time is a bad idea. The other parks all have at least a few indoor rides. Seaworld rides are all outside and all close if lightning strikes within 10 miles. We came in as park opened. All rides were down. They stayed down all day. We were not offered refunds for tickets or quick queues (lightning lanes). The Quick cues were literally impossible to use and still no refund offered. We were told if we would go stand in the rain for two hours waiting for the one customer service desk in the entire park we might be offered tickets to come back another day, but this is our one trip to Florida for the next few years refund rain check tickets down the road don’t do anything for us or give us any funds back to go to another park or activity today. I’ve been on days when the park was nice. There are some very fun rides, but my specific review is for people thinking about making their reservations ahead of time. You should really just buy your SeaWorld tickets the day of when you can see the exact forecast. It’s a disastrous place to be in the rain. The food is the biggest weakness in the park and it’s the only thing that’s open in the rain. The food is absolutely terrible.

I had a great experience at SeaWorld today, and I especially want to recognize Bea (Biafra) for her amazing customer service. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and she went out of her way to help me with the locker at Pipeline so I could safely store my bag. Her warm and positive attitude made my visit even better. Thank you so much, Bea! SeaWorld is lucky to have you! 💙🐬
