We started promptly at the meeting point, and with a group of eight, the atmosphere was just right for a personal and relaxed experience. Our friendly guide, Pauline, provided us with fascinating information about the region and the two wineries we visited as we drove along the wine route. These wineries couldn't have been more different and offered us captivating insights into the diversity of Alsatian winemaking. The tour was the perfect length for us; we had plenty of time for tasting and even took a bottle or two home with us. A fantastic experience and a must for wine lovers! Five stars all round for this tour! What a perfect way to see St Emilion and learn about wine-making along the way. I can't praise our guide enough; she was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us at every step. There were many highlights of the tour, including the stop at St Emilion - a beautiful, medieval city perched on a hillside - culminating in the wine-tasting at the chateau. This tour provides the perfect opportunity to spend a few hours learning about wine while tasting some excellent vintages in convivial company! Heartily recommended :)

Thanks to Anne, very knowledgeable, welcoming and humorous local guide - “the best” - I spent two beautiful days touring around with her to see a few of the sights not far from Sarlat: La Roque-Gageac and a boat cruise on the Dordogne River, Domme, Beynac, Eyzies and the caves at Rouffignac and Lascaux - not to be missed or “incontournable,” as they say in French. We had a great time on our half day wine tour led by Pauline. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to all individuals in the group. We visited two small family owned vineyards which were hosted by members of each family. It was a very informative and authentic experience, not your typical tourist wine tour! We would highly recommend this tour and also Pauline in particular. You can arrange to have purchased wine shipped to your home if you are unable to transport it. Great tour and service in beautiful settings. :-)
