We had a wonderful tour with Laurent. He was so knowledgeable and fun. We did the half day which was perfect. The wineries were family run and they were very generous with the wine. We got a great overview of both the history of the region and information about the rich history of wine in the region. It was very well organized, the van was very comfortable . I highly recommend this tour.

John was knowledgeable and personable. His descriptions at German Battery Longues ser mer were especially detailed and interesting. We enjoyed having an American tour guide and perspective. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous day with Jerome. Sometimes a 9 hour tour can be daunting but this flew by. The pace was perfect and we really felt like we got to see the Alsace region. The van was very comfortable and it was broken up into manageable pieces. We did walk about 15,000 steps and climbed 360 steps in the castle but not all at once. I have a sensitive knee and I was fine but some of our group did not climb the castle. Jerome was fantastic, great guide and made sure everyone was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable and kind. This is must do tour if you are in the area.

I see from other posts that Anne has had wonderful reviews. The day she was our guide, she was late to the pick up point, somewhat hungover, carelessly dressed, and the sampling points were not ready for us. She gave us little to no information about some of the samples, walked us through the market but had few insights to the products available. She was friendly and on a good day, she would likely be a great guide, but the day we had her, she was not at her best.

Wonderful! It was a perfect size (6), and our guide, Maggie was terrific. It was so worth our time and $ to see world changing places in Normandy.

We really enjoyed the Alsace Wine Tour / Day Trip. We visited 3 great Alsace wineries and the beautiful small town of Riquewihr for lunch. It was a full day of wine tasting experiences with a small group of nice people from different countries and backgrounds. We highly recommend this tour with Ophorus!

The pick up spot is at the train station, took me an hour to find a free, paid parking spot so I missed the beginning of the tour. I was forced to pay a 56 euro Uber taxi to the vineyard myself!!! It ruined the whole experience and there was no notice about parking before!

Florence was our tour guide for the tour of 4 towns outside Strasbourg . She was great, very knowledgeable and personable. She gave us a lot of insight into the wine towns and gave us a running commentary while driving to from town to town,highly recommend

I had a wonderful time on this tour. It was a well paced day with an incredible boat trip. Loved Cassis, the views, vivid colours and the unique landscape. Julian was my amazing guide. His knowledge of the areas and wine was excellent and his ease of relating made for a very enjoyable day. I would definitely recommend this whole day trip. Well worth the time and money spent!

Our driver/guide was late. Originally we were told it was due to traffic (on a Sunday morning in Bayeux????) but then our guide admitted he just didn't wake up in time. I really don't want to be disagreeable, but he had a VERY thick French accent that made his English(?) VERY hard to understand. It was exhausting trying to figure out what he was saying the whole day. The travel was fine and we hit all the stops with some interesting information (when you could understand it). Our guide seemed to have a "script" that he was trying to follow and so if we asked questions that didn't go with his script, he often seemed flustered as that question didn't follow his script or line of information that he wanted to discuss. Overall, not a very good day.
