We had a wonderful morning NaPali coast tour. Saw dolphins & whales, and got in a quick snorkel as well. Very professional & friendly crew. Would 100% book with again.

Great staff. Took the Napali Boat tour at 8am. Staff is very friendly. Checkin process was very easy. We saw easily 20-30 dolphins, and 10 whales. What a beauty!! Unfortunately, after a point i developed extreme sea sickness due to very high rough tides. The staff was very kind and helped us beat the sea sickness as much as possible. However, i felt 5 hours was way too long. Lunch was served and boat had unlimited drinks available. Great experience overall.

We had an awesome time on this boat trip. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to go on this trip. Michael was our captain with help from Jasmine, and Lionel. They were very helpful and assisted whenever needed. I would take this tour with them again.

Sean and Kai were outstanding! We had the best time. They were patient and allowed us to see things as they unfolded as every charter is different in some way. They were safe, skillful and knowledgeable but above all, extremely funny - great guys to be around for 5 hours. This charter was one of our very favorites. Makana Charters was highly recommended by a family friend and though there are many, we are so thankful that we chose them. A fantastic time was had by everyone on the boat. Online scheduling is a breeze and communication throughout the entire process was flawless.

Got married on Kalalau, so over 40 years I have gone back many times to see the beautiful Na Pali by tour boat, Mike and his crew absolutely outdo the other cruises for comfort, safety, experiences , knowledge, and a welcoming spirit. I watched him go in the water and help a first time swimmer relax and enjoy. He did the same with folks who had never snorkeled. He told factual stories of the sights, the bottlenose and spinner dolphins with whom we enjoyed just feet off the boat. We saw more whales than on any whale tour I ever did - 4-5 on the way and a pod on the way back close enough for amazing pics. Organized , clean, great crew, and humorous, a trip you cannot miss, must DO!

Such a great experience! The crew was amazing. We saw turtles and tons of fish during our snorkeling stop. We even heard whale vocalizations underwater! Then the crew took us to a known whale watching spot and we got to see a calf, a mother, and even a couple full breaches. Just unreal, highly recommended!

We had reservations to go on a Napali coast tour and received notification 2 hours before we were supposed to be there that they cancelled our tour. They had sent email a couple hours prior to that (4 hours before the tour) but we had not been watching our email or texts as were were on the beach. We had planned our whole day around going on the Nāpali coast tour THAT DAY and had already taken Dramamine and were in the way to their location. We were told that they were cancelling because they didn’t have enough people registered to make enough money for them. They said that they didn’t cancel earlier because they were trying to find other people. Luckily, we were able to book on Blue Dolphin tour and they were wonderful! So if you don’t want to risk being cancelled at the last minute don’t use this company!!!

Love love love this tour!!! We went in the morning with Capt Rob, Lionel, and Ethan along the NaPali coast. Captain hit the huge waves at the perfect angle to keep the ride smooth. He also backed into a cave with exit thru a waterfall. Simply amazing. You could not choose a better tour!

The captain, Captain Rob, knew his stuff. How to maneuver the waves and caves. Lionel and Ethan were infomative and fun to be with. Five stars in my book.

What an amazing day we had on this boat tour. Shawn (the captain) and his crew Kaiao and Charlie definitely made our trip more memorable. Super friendly, and lots of aloha spirit. Kaiao surprised me when he jumped on the microphone with such a smooth and gentle voice, reminded me of a radio personality. Shawn of course was very thorough in safety and it was amazing to have a native Hawaiian as a captain who’s knowledgeable about the area. Charlie was such a pleasure to converse with and she made us feel like family. They went all out to make our trip enjoyable and they succeeded. I look forward to my next trip to Hawaii, I will definitely be back. Thanks for the best hospitality.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The crew was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, fun and kind. The boat ride was an adventure with stunning views of the NaPali coast. We saw dolphins and whales as a bonus and are so glad we made this a priority during our stay in Kauai!
