Amazing staff - we went out with Sean, Jamie and Ethan and they were very informative and entertaining. We saw dolphins on the way out to the Nepali coat which was unbelievably beautiful. We got to go into/through a couple of caves and the snorkeling at the end was fun. I would highly recommend this tour company

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I’d give more stars if I could! Truly magical. From the kind and hilarious staff to the great music playlist and bang’n turkey sandwich grinds, this trip is where it’s at. Comfortable boats (I did jot get sea sick at all) with shade and bathrooms and even as much cold drinks as you’d like! We saw dolphins and got to snorkel too! The sights are unreal. If you’re in Kauai, you MUST go. It’s worth it. *They also offer one of the best kamaaina discounts, however, the only slight hiccup was they didn’t honor one of our discounts because my boyfriend only had his state ID..they will only honor drivers licenses” Over all GREAT TRIP. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to take this tour! 100,000 stars :)

Our family booked our Nāpali Coast tour with Makana Charters and it was absolutely amazing!!! The sights along the coast were breathtaking. Our guides, Aa and Jaime, were wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. I strongly recommend this tour. 🤙🏽

The crew was amazing!! This was a little less “exciting” than the Zodiac boat tour which was nice. Still a small enough craft to make the ride fun and get close in the caves. Highly recommend!

Amazing crew and afternoon tour. If you want to see dolphin go with the morning tour. Bring a sweater or cover up, it’s an hour + up and back

Came here with my husband and specifically requested A’ah as captain. I experienced being with him 6 years ago with my cousins and we loved him so much- I had to come back again! Such an amazing tour with him- you can tell his passion for the island, water, culture and doing what he loves! Thank you again for being so kind to Sunny and I! We will hope to see you again :)

Tony and crew were exceptional on our Na Pali Kai snorkel tour on 24 July. The history of this part of Kauai is very interesting. Stopping to enjoy the Spinner dolphins was an extra treat. Thank you for a wonderful morning.

The experience was amazing! Captain Shawn and Jamie were both extraordinary performers in showcasing the Na Pali coast and knew why they needed to. On top of this, they were both very humorous and gave me and my family a good laugh. Jamie helped me swim for the first time, creating an unforgettable moment. Props to these two for making the experience 10x better and worth every penny I paid. Would suggest to ANY family if looking for a fun and unique experience in Hawaii.

I highly recommend this tour of the Na Pali coast. The captain and crew did an amazing job - keeping people safe, providing great information, and making this a very memorable day. Also the Makana boat is super comfortable and rides the waves very smoothly.

What a wonderful boat! The Nepali Kai III is in my opinion the BEST way to see the Napali coast! The boat is amazing, no bad seats, comfortable, food and crew was great! Above and beyond service and the captain got us into all the places! Loved it, Mahalo!
