Why take this tour?

Walk the city walls of Cartagena with our special audio tour and commentary narrated by the voice of Antonio Arévalo, one of its creators. Starting in San Pedro Martir Bastion, you will spot from a distance the San Felipe Fortress. Your narrator will explain the reasons why these great fortresses were built and the different elements of colonial military engineer that made it the best defense weapon from pirate attacks for centuries. You will pass the Serrezuela old bull ring and the Saint Lucas and St Catalina Bastion. You will hear about the water reserves from colonial times that were built within the fortress. Your tour ends with a fun pop quiz of all your new knowledge, and if you are lucky, you will get to hear about and go inside the cistern, with special 3D sound effects.
