Sushi making with a chef at the Morimoto

Meet up with a sushi chef at 10:00 am at the celebrated restaurant atelier morimoto XEX.

Following the instruction of an expert sushi chef, you will make 8 pieces of nigiri-sushi and gunkan-maki. The chef will make sample sushi in front of you first, then you will follow the instruction to prepare your own sushi. You can have a chef all to yourself so ask him whatever you would like to know! The chef will such as history, traditions and best way to make sushi at home etc. The chef will surely satisfy your curiosity about sushi with ample and deep knowledge dependent on his experience.

Finish your cooking experience at 13:00pm enjoying your creation as lunch.

Lesson will be about 60 to 80 minutes and lunch time will be about 60 minutes. Cooking ingredients, tools and lunch are all included. Just bring yourself!
